Description
Claims (5)
- スタビライザバーの挿通用の内孔を備えた筒状のゴムブッシュ本体と、該ゴムブッシュ本体における車両ボデーへの取付面上に装着された取付用台座とを、含んで構成されており、該車両ボデーへ固定される略U字形のブラケットで該ゴムブッシュ本体の外周面が該取付用台座を介して該車両ボデー側に押し付けられて装着されるスタビライザブッシュであって、
前記ゴムブッシュ本体において、前記ブラケットの押し付けによる圧縮力で弾性変形して前記取付用台座の幅方向両側へ膨らんで該取付用台座と該ブラケットとの間に入り込む緩衝ゴム部が設けられていることを特徴とするスタビライザブッシュ。 - 前記取付用台座において前記ゴムブッシュ本体に重ね合わされる側の幅寸法Aに対して、該ゴムブッシュ本体の最大幅寸法Bが、該ゴムブッシュ本体に外力が及ぼされていない状態でA≦Bとされている請求項1に記載のスタビライザブッシュ。
- 前記取付用台座と前記ゴムブッシュ本体との重ね合わせ面には、該ゴムブッシュ本体の長さ方向の両側部分において幅方向に延びる凹凸嵌合部が設けられている請求項1又は2に記載のスタビライザブッシュ。
- 前記取付用台座における前記ゴムブッシュ本体の重ね合わせ面には、幅方向両側縁部において角部をアール状に面取りした湾曲角部が設けられている請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載のスタビライザブッシュ。
- 前記取付用台座と前記ゴムブッシュ本体との間には、相互の離脱を阻止して組付状態に保持する係止部が設けられている請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載のスタビライザブッシュ。
