Description
図1は、スタビライザ装置10を備えた車両11の一部を示している。スタビライザ装置10は車両11の懸架機構部に配置されている。このスタビライザ装置10は、車両11の車体12の幅方向(矢印Wで示す方向)に延びる棒状のばね鋼(鋼材)からなるスタビライザ20と、スタビライザ20を車体12に支持する支持部21とを含んでいる。支持部21の一例は、一対のブッシュユニット22,23を備えている。
Claims (6)
- 車両の幅方向に延びるスタビライザと該スタビライザの支持部に設けられたブッシュユニットとを有する車両用スタビライザ装置であって、
前記スタビライザの表面を覆う塗料膜を有し、
前記ブッシュユニットは、
金属からなるブラケットと、
前記ブラケットの内側に配置され前記車両の上側に配される上側の第1ブッシュ片と前記車両の下側に配される下側の第2ブッシュ片とを含み前記スタビライザが通る孔を有したゴムブッシュと、
前記ゴムブッシュの前記孔の内面と前記スタビライザとの間に設けられ、前記内面上に形成された接着部材からなる接着材層と、
前記接着部材の一部からなり前記下側の第2ブッシュ片の一方の端面の前記内面寄りの隅部に前記一方の端面に沿って設けられ前記一方の端面と前記塗料膜との間に存し前記第2ブッシュ片に付着した第1の接着材露出部と、
前記接着部材の一部からなり前記下側の第2ブッシュ片の他方の端面の前記内面寄りの隅部に前記他方の端面に沿って設けられ前記他方の端面と前記塗料膜との間に存し前記第2ブッシュ片に付着した第2の接着材露出部と、
を具備したことを特徴とする車両用スタビライザ装置。 - 前記接着部材が前記内面上に形成された接着剤を含み、前記第1および第2の接着材露出部が前記接着剤からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用スタビライザ装置。
- 前記接着部材が前記内面上に形成された接着剤と該接着剤上に形成されたプライマー層とを含み、前記第1および第2の接着材露出部が前記プライマー層からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用スタビライザ装置。
- 前記接着部材が前記内面上に形成された接着剤と該接着剤上に形成されたプライマー層とを含み、前記第1および第2の接着材露出部が前記接着剤と前記プライマー層とからなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用スタビライザ装置。
- 前記第1および第2の接着材露出部が前記隅部において前記孔の周方向の一部に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の車両用スタビライザ装置。
- 前記第1および第2の接着材露出部が前記隅部において前記孔の全周に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の車両用スタビライザ装置。
