Description
Claims (7)
- 第一の取付部材と第二の取付部材が本体ゴム弾性体によって弾性連結されていると共に、壁部の一部が該本体ゴム弾性体で構成されるとともに壁部の他の一部が可撓性膜で構成された流体室が形成されており、該流体室に非圧縮性流体が封入されている流体封入式防振装置において、
前記可撓性膜の外周端部に固定部材が取り付けられており、該固定部材が筒状の前記第二の取付部材に内挿または外挿されて該第二の取付部材と軸直角方向で重なり合っていると共に、
該第二の取付部材と該固定部材が軸直角方向で重なり合っている部分において、該第二の取付部材と該固定部材との間にまたがって挿入孔が形成されており、
該挿入孔に対して側方から挿入される位置決め部材が、該第二の取付部材と該固定部材に対して軸方向で係止されることにより、該第二の取付部材と該固定部材が封止位置で相対的に位置決めされるようになっていることを特徴とする流体封入式防振装置。 - 前記流体室を壁部の一部が前記本体ゴム弾性体で構成された受圧室と壁部の一部が前記可撓性膜で構成された平衡室に隔てる仕切部材が設けられていると共に、該可撓性膜の外周部分が該仕切部材と該仕切部材に重ね合わされて固定される押え部材との間で挟持されており、前記固定部材がそれら仕切部材と押え部材を含んで構成されている請求項1に記載の流体封入式防振装置。
- 前記固定部材の前記挿入孔が前記仕切部材に形成されている請求項2に記載の流体封入式防振装置。
- 前記挿入孔が前記第二の取付部材の内周面と前記固定部材の外周面との重ね合わせ面間に形成されている請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の流体封入式防振装置。
- 前記第二の取付部材の内周面と前記固定部材の外周面が前記挿入孔の形成部分において該挿入孔の延びる方向で直線状に広がっている請求項4に記載の流体封入式防振装置。
- 前記挿入孔が筒状とされた前記第二の取付部材の中心軸を挟んだ両側に形成されている請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載の流体封入式防振装置。
- 前記第二の取付部材に対してブラケットが装着されると共に、該ブラケットの装着状態で該第二の取付部材と前記固定部材が封止位置で相対的に位置決め保持されてそれら第二の取付部材と固定部材の間が流体密に封止されるようになっており、前記挿入孔に挿入された前記位置決め部材が該ブラケットの装着状態において該挿入孔から抜き取り可能とされている請求項1〜6の何れか一項に記載の流体封入式防振装置。
