Claims (3)
- 第1取付け具と、筒状の第2取付け具と、その第2取付け具と前記第1取付け具とを連結すると共にゴム状弾性体から構成される防振基体と、前記第2取付け具に取付けられて前記防振基体との間に液体封入室を形成するダイヤフラムと、前記液体封入室を前記防振基体側の第1液室と前記ダイヤフラム側の第2液室とに仕切る仕切り手段と、前記第1液室と第2液室とを連通させるオリフィスとを備え、
前記仕切り手段が、ゴム状弾性体から構成される弾性仕切り膜と、その弾性仕切り膜を収容する筒部材と、その筒部材内に収容された前記弾性仕切り膜の変位を両面側から規制する一対の挟持部材とを備えて構成される液封入式防振装置であって、
前記一対の挟持部材はともに、円形に開口形成される開口部と、その開口部の中心位置から前記開口部の周縁部へ向けて放射直線状に延設される3本の変位規制リブとを備えると共に、それら各変位規制リブが周方向に等間隔で配置され、
前記一対の挟持部材のうちの一方の挟持部材は、前記筒部材の内周面側に一体に形成され、他方の挟持部材は、前記筒部材の内周面側に内嵌圧入され、
前記弾性仕切り膜は、前記挟持部材の開口部よりも大径の円板状に形成される本体膜部と、その本体膜部の中心部から前記本体膜部の周縁部へ向けて放射直線状に延設され前記本体膜部の両面側にそれぞれ3本突設される変位規制突起とを備えると共に、それら各変位規制突起が周方向に等間隔で配置され、
前記変位規制突起は、その頂部が前記変位規制リブに当接可能な高さ寸法に設定されると共に、その頂部形状が平坦面状に形成され、その頂部側の突起幅が基部側の突起幅よりも狭いか同等に形成され、かつ、前記頂部側の突起幅が前記変位規制リブのリブ幅よりも広く形成され、
前記仕切り手段の組み立て状態においては、前記本体膜部の周縁部が全周にわたって前記挟持部材によって両面側から挟圧保持されると共に、前記各変位規制突起が前記各変位規制リブに対応する位置にそれぞれ配置され、前記変位規制突起の頂部が前記変位規制リブに圧縮された状態で当接されることで前記変位規制突起と前記変位規制リブとの間に隙間が生じないように構成されていることを特徴とする液封入式防振装置。 - 前記筒部材は、その内周面側に張り出す凸部を備えると共に、前記弾性仕切り膜および前記他方の挟持部材は、その外周縁を凹欠することにより形成され前記凸部と嵌合可能な凹部を備え、
前記仕切り手段の組み立て状態においては、前記凹部に前記凸部が嵌合されることで、前記一対の挟持部材と前記弾性仕切り膜との相対的な回転方向位置が位置決めされ、前記各変位規制突起が前記各変位規制リブに対応する位置にそれぞれ配置されるように構成されていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項記載の液封入式防振装置。 - 前記本体膜部の少なくとも一面側には、前記変位規制突起が突設される残部に補助突起が突設され、その補助突起は、少なくとも前記変位規制突起よりも突起高さが低く、かつ、突起幅が狭くなるように構成されていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1又は第2項に記載の液封入式防振装置。
