Description
Claims (5)
- 第一の取付部材と第二の取付部材が本体ゴム弾性体で弾性連結されていると共に、該第二の取付部材によって支持された仕切部材の両側に壁部の一部が該本体ゴム弾性体で構成された受圧室と壁部の一部が可撓性膜で構成された平衡室とが形成されて、それら受圧室と平衡室に非圧縮性流体が封入されていると共に、それら受圧室と平衡室を相互に連通するオリフィス通路が設けられている一方、それら受圧室と平衡室を相互に連通する連通流路が該仕切部材に形成されていると共に、該連通流路の流路上に可動ゴム膜が配されて、該可動ゴム膜の一方の面に該受圧室の圧力が及ぼされかつ他方の面に該平衡室の圧力が及ぼされるようにした流体封入式防振装置において、
前記可動ゴム膜の外周端部に形成される厚肉の外周保持部が前記仕切部材によって挟持されていると共に、該可動ゴム膜の表面に突出する補強桟が該外周保持部から内方へ向かって延びるように複数設けられて、それら複数の補強桟が互いに交わっていると共に、該補強桟の交差部のまわりには幅寸法を部分的に小さくされた小幅部が設けられており、該小幅部によって該補強桟の交差部のまわりに低ばね領域が設けられていることを特徴とする流体封入式防振装置。 - 前記可動ゴム膜には厚肉の中央保持部が設けられていると共に、複数の前記補強桟が前記外周保持部と該中央保持部を相互につないで設けられており、複数の該補強桟の交差部が該中央保持部とされて、該補強桟における該中央保持部側の端部に前記小幅部が形成されている請求項1に記載の流体封入式防振装置。
- 前記補強桟が直線形状で延びていると共に、複数の該補強桟が前記中央保持部から外方へ放射状に延びて前記外周保持部に繋がっている請求項2に記載の流体封入式防振装置。
- 前記補強桟が前記外周保持部から内方へ向かって次第に幅が狭くなっている請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の流体封入式防振装置。
- 前記補強桟の前記可動ゴム膜からの突出端面と前記仕切部材との間に隙間が形成されている請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載の流体封入式防振装置。
