Description
−整送装置−
整送装置の構成について説明する。なお、以下の説明において、「上、「下」、「左」、「右」、「前」および「後」は、特にことわりのない限り、図1及び図2に記載された方向を意味する。
導入部材2は、投入シュートに上流側端部が接続されている。図4に示すように、導入部材2は、上下方向を長手方向とする略直方体の部材である。導入部材2は、導入通路21と切欠き部23と出口部25とを備えている。
分岐部4は、導入通路21の下流側に設けられている。分岐部4は、第1分岐通路40aを構成する第1ねじりシュート41a及び第1排出通路60aと、第2分岐通路40bを構成する第2ねじりシュート41b及び第2排出通路60bとを備えている。
判別振分部5は、溶接ナット3が静止した状態で溶接ナット3の表裏を判別する。判別振分部5は、表向きの溶接ナット3を第1ねじりシュート41aに送る一方、裏向きの溶接ナット3を第2ねじりシュート41bに送る。図7に示すように、判別振分部は、振分部材27と判別部材8とを備えている。
次に、整送装置1での溶接ナット3の動きについて説明する。
本実施形態によれば、部品としての溶接ナット3が静止した状態で溶接ナット3の表裏を判別して、その後溶接ナット3同士が合流部63で衝突しないように溶接ナット3を分岐部4へ間欠的に送っている。したがって、分岐部4にストッパピンを設けることなく、溶接ナット3同士が合流部63で衝突することを抑制してスムーズに溶接ナット3を合流させることができる。また、判別振分部5は、導入通路21と分岐部4との間に位置する溝部29において溶接ナット3の表裏を判別する。このため、溶接ナット3の表裏を判別するために溶接ナット3を別途移動させる必要がなくなる。
上記実施形態では、部品として、表面3aが平坦面でありかつ、裏面3bの外周縁全周に突起32が形成されている溶接ナット3を挙げたが、これに限定されない。突起は裏面の外周縁に断続的に設けられてもよく、突起が設けられていなくてもよい。

Claims (3)
- 供給された部品の表裏を同一方向に向けて送り出す部品整送装置であって、
上記部品が通過する導入通路と、
上記導入通路の下流側に設けられ、表向きの上記部品が通過する第1分岐通路と裏向きの該部品が通過する第2分岐通路とを有し上記各分岐通路を通過した該部品の表裏を同一の方向に向ける分岐部と、
上記分岐部の下流側に位置し、上記第1分岐通路と上記第2分岐通路とが合流する合流部と、
上記導入通路と上記分岐部との間において、上記部品が静止した状態で該部品の表裏を判別しかつ、表向きと判別した該部品を上記第1分岐通路に送る一方、裏向きと判別した該部品を上記第2分岐通路に送り、かつ、上記第1分岐通路を通過する上記部品と上記第2分岐通路を通過する上記部品とが上記合流部において衝突しないように、上記部品を上記分岐部に間欠的に送る判別振分部とを備えることを特徴とする部品整送装置。 - 請求項1に記載の部品整送装置において、
上記部品は、表面が平坦面でありかつ裏面が平坦面と平坦面の外周縁に形成された突起とを有するナットであり、
上記判別振分部は、
上記部品を表面及び裏面が通過方向に直交する方向に向けられた状態で保持する保持部と、
上記保持部において、上記部品の表面又は裏面と対向して当接する対向面とを備え、
上記部品の上記突起よりも内周側における上記対向面からの高さを基に該部品の表裏を判別することを特徴とする部品整送装置。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の部品整送装置において、
上記部品は、上記分岐部において、表面及び裏面が通過方向に直交する方向に向けられ、
上記分岐部は、上記第1分岐通路が、通過方向に直交する断面視において下流側端部が上流側端部と比較して90°回転変位されるようにねじられかつ、上記第2分岐通路が、通過方向に直交する断面視において下流側端部が上流側端部と比較して上記第1分岐通路の下流側端部の回転変位とは反対の方向に90°回転変位されるようにねじられていることにより、通過した上記部品の表裏を同一方向に向けることを特徴とする部品整送装置。
