Claims (13)
- 複数の二次電池を備えるセルアセンブリーと、
内部空間を備え、前記セルアセンブリーを収納するパックケースと、
前記セルアセンブリーに含まれた前記二次電池の電極リードに電気的に連結され、前記パックケースの外部に突出するように形成された電極端子と、
前記電極端子の上部及び側面の一部を覆い、前記パックケースに設けられる係合段に係止結合及び係止結合解除される係止段を備え、前記パックケースに着脱可能に設けられた端子カバーと、を含み、
前記端子カバーは、
前記係止段に向けられるように前記端子カバーの上板が斜めに穿孔されて形成されたジグ用孔をさらに備え、前記端子カバーの内側領域に設けられて前記端子カバーの前記上板から下方へ延びた形態を有する前記係止段は、外力によって前記係合段から弾性的に分離可能であることを特徴とする二次電池パック。 - 前記パックケースは、上面が四角形の形態に形成され、四つの角部分の少なくとも一つの角部分が陥凹して形成された端子カバー用装着部を含み、
前記電極端子が、前記端子カバー用装着部に位置し、
前記端子カバーが、前記端子カバー用装着部に結合することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池パック。 - 前記端子カバー用装着部は、前記電極端子が外部に突出するように上下方向に貫通して形成された貫通孔を備え、
前記端子カバーは、前記電極端子の上部を覆う上板と、前記電極端子の側面の一部を部分的に覆う側面板とを含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の二次電池パック。 - 前記係止段が、前記端子カバーの上板から下方に延びるように設けられ、前記係合段が、前記端子カバー用装着部の壁面から内方へ部分陥凹して設けられたことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の二次電池パック。
- 前記係合段は、交差する前記端子カバー用装着部の二つの壁面に各々一つずつ、二つが設けられ、前記係止段は、前記二つの係合段に対応する形態で二つが設けられ、前記係合段に各々係合する方向が相異なることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の二次電池パック。
- 前記係止段と前記係合段とが、相互に上下係合するように設けられることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の二次電池パック。
- 前記係合段の上部には、前記係止段を上方から下方へガイドして前記係合段に係合させるように誘導する斜面が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の二次電池パック。
- 前記係止段が、前記係合段から水平方向に予め決められた間隔だけ離隔し、前記端子カバーの上板から垂直下方に延びて形成された支持部と、
前記支持部の端部から前記係合段への方向に下方から上方へ曲がり、前記係合段に接触するように形成された締結部と、を含み、
前記締結部の上方に前記ジグ用孔が位置することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の二次電池パック。 - 前記ジグ用孔は、垂直方向を基準にして予め決められた角度だけ斜めにして、前記上板に形成されることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の二次電池パック。
- 前記端子カバー用装着部が、突起及び溝の少なくとも一つ以上を含み、前記端子カバーが、前記端子カバー用装着部の形態に対応する形態で溝及び突起の少なくとも一つ以上を含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の二次電池パック。
- 前記端子カバーは、二つの前記側面板が交差する角部分が、前記端子カバーの内方へ凹まれて形成された凹溝部を含み、
前記端子カバー用装着部は、前記凹溝部を基準にして前記端子カバーの内方領域に位置し、前記端子カバーの上板を支持する内側カラムと、前記端子カバーの外方から前記凹溝部に上下方向へ挿入されるように設けられた外側カラムと、をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の二次電池パック。 - 前記電極端子は、正極端子及び負極端子を含み、前記端子カバーは二つであり、各々前記正極端子及び前記負極端子を覆うことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池パック。
- 請求項1から請求項12のうちいずれか一項に記載の二次電池パックを含む自動車。
