Claims (6)
- プランテーンに初期液体を添加するステップと;

前記成形調理可能プランテーン食品を調理して、消費可能プランテーン食品を製造するステップと
からなる、消費可能プランテーン食品を調製する方法。 - 前記マッシュするステップが成熟プランテーンを使用して実施される、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 初期液体をデンプン質野菜と混合するステップと;
果肉、および、前記初期液体を含む果肉液を含むマッシュを製造するために、トウモロコシ、ヤム、ココアヤム、アフリカ系甘藷、米、カウピー、ササゲ、赤インゲン豆、バナナ、ひよこ豆、ジャガイモ、およびキャッサバから選択される前記デンプン質野菜をマッシュするステップと;
前記マッシュから前記果肉液を除去して、前記マッシュと比較してより乾燥したマッシュおよび除去された液体を製造するステップと;
前記除去された液体からデンプン部分を分離して、液体上清を製造するステップと;
前記より乾燥したマッシュに前記液体上清を戻して、調理可能食品を製造するのに使用可能な栄養強化マッシュを調製するステップと
からなる、調理可能食品を製造する方法。 - 初期液体をプランテーンと混合するステップと;
果肉、および、前記初期液体を含む果肉液を含むプランテーンマッシュを製造するために、前記プランテーンをマッシュするステップと;
前記プランテーンマッシュから前記果肉液を除去して、前記プランテーンマッシュと比較してより乾燥したプランテーンマッシュおよび除去された液体を製造するステップと;
前記除去された液体からデンプン部分を分離して、プランテーン液体上清を製造するステップと;
前記より乾燥したプランテーンマッシュに、前記プランテーン液体上清を戻すステップと;
前記より乾燥したプランテーンマッシュに、1つまたは複数の液体量を1回または複数回導入して混合するステップをさらに含み、追加的なプランテーン液体上清を製造するために、前記1回または複数回のそれぞれの後に、前記除去するステップおよび前記分離するステップが反復され、調理可能プランテーン食品を製造するのに使用可能な栄養強化プランテーンマッシュを製造するために前記より乾燥したプランテーンマッシュに戻す前記ステップのために、最後の前記分離ステップの完了時に、前記追加的なプランテーン液体上清を前記プランテーン液体上清と合わせて、合わせた液体上清が形成されるステップと
からなる、調理可能プランテーン食品を製造する方法。
