Claims (4)
- カーカスプライのタイヤ径方向外側に巻回されるベルト層内に、補強ベルトが配設された空気入りタイヤの製造方法であって、
ベルト形成部材を準備し、前記ベルト形成部材は、平行に配列されたベルトコードをゴム被覆してなり、前記ベルトコードがタイヤ周方向に対してコード角度θで傾斜した方向に巻回されたときにベルト下径Dが940mm以上960mm以下であり且つベルト幅Wが270mm以上310mm以下である円筒状の形態をなすように、展開状態では、タイヤ周方向に対して平行に延びる周方向辺と前記ベルトコードに対して平行に延びる傾斜辺とを有し、前記コード角度θと前記ベルト下径Dと前記ベルト幅Wとが、0.57πD≦W/tanθ<0.9πDの関係を有する平行四辺形状をなし、
前記ベルト形成部材を、円筒状に巻回して、対向する前記傾斜辺を互いに当接してなるジョイント部で接合することによって、前記補強ベルトを形成することを特徴とする、空気入りタイヤの製造方法。 - 前記コード角度θは、6度以上9度以下である、請求項1に記載の空気入りタイヤの製造方法。
- カーカスプライのタイヤ径方向外側に巻回されるベルト層内に、補強ベルトが配設される空気入りタイヤであって、
前記補強ベルトは、ベルト形成部材からなり、
前記ベルト形成部材は、平行に配列されたベルトコードをゴム被覆してなり、前記ベルトコードがタイヤ周方向に対してコード角度θで傾斜した方向に巻回された状態でベルト下径Dが940mm以上960mm以下であり且つベルト幅Wが270mm以上310mm以下である円筒状の形態をなすように、展開状態では、タイヤ周方向に対して平行に延びる周方向辺と前記ベルトコードに対して平行に延びる傾斜辺とを有し、前記コード角度θと前記ベルト下径Dと前記ベルト幅Wとが、0.57πD≦W/tanθ<0.9πDの関係を有する、平行四辺形状をなし、
前記補強ベルトは、前記ベルト形成部材が円筒状に巻回された状態で対向する前記傾斜辺が互いに当接されてなるジョイント部を、有していることを特徴とする、空気入りタイヤ。 - 扁平率70%以下で断面幅の呼びが365以上である、請求項3に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
