Abstract
【解決手段】コード角度θ3のベルトコード13aを有し、ベルト下径Dで巻回された補強ベルト13が、カーカス8の外側に配設された空気入りタイヤ1の製造方法であって、長手方向に略平行に配列した複数のベルトコード13aをゴム被覆してなり、短手方向の幅がπDsinθとされた原反50から長手方向に対してコード角度θ3で裁断することによって、巻回状態でタイヤ周方向に延び、裁断された部分として形成される周方向辺131,132と、ベルトコード13aと平行に延び、原反50の短手方向の両側部分として画定された傾斜辺133,134と、を有する平行四辺形状の補強ベルト形成部材130を切り出し、補強ベルト形成部材130を、円筒状に巻回して対向する傾斜辺133,134を互いに接合することによって補強ベルト13を形成する。

Claims (5)
- タイヤ周方向に対してコード角度θで傾斜した方向に延びるベルトコードを有し、且つ、ベルト下径Dで巻回されたベルトが、カーカスプライのタイヤ径方向外側に配設された空気入りタイヤの製造方法であって、
長手方向に略平行に配列した複数の前記ベルトコードをゴム被覆してなり、短手方向の幅がπDsinθとされた帯状ゴム引きコード部材を準備し、
前記帯状ゴム引きコード部材を長手方向に対して前記コード角度θで裁断することによって、巻回状態でタイヤ周方向に延び、裁断された部分として形成される周方向辺と、前記ベルトコードと平行に延び、前記帯状ゴム引きコード部材の短手方向の両側部分として画定された傾斜辺と、を有する平行四辺形状のベルト形成部材を切り出し、
前記ベルト形成部材を、円筒状に巻回して、対向する前記傾斜辺を互いに接合することによって、前記ベルトを形成することを特徴とする、空気入りタイヤの製造方法。 - 前記コード角度θは、6度以上9度以下である、請求項1に記載の空気入りタイヤの製造方法。
- 前記ベルト下径Dは、940mm以上960mm以下である、請求項1又は2に記載の空気入りタイヤの製造方法。
- タイヤ周方向に対してコード角度θで傾斜した方向に延びるベルトコードを有し、且つ、ベルト下径Dで巻回されたベルトが、カーカスプライのタイヤ径方向外側に配設された空気入りタイヤであって、
前記ベルトは、ベルト形成部材からなり、
前記ベルト形成部材は、長手方向に略平行に配列した複数の前記ベルトコードをゴム被覆してなり且つ短手方向の幅がπDsinθである帯状ゴム引きコード部材から、長手方向に対して前記コード角度θで裁断された状態で、裁断された部分として形成される周方向辺と、前記帯状ゴム引きコード部材の短手方向の両側部分として画定されており前記ベルトコードと平行に延びている傾斜辺と、を有する平行四辺形状をなし、
前記ベルトは、前記ベルト形成部材が、前記周方向辺がタイヤ周方向に沿って延びるように、円筒状に巻回された状態で、対向する前記傾斜辺が互いに当接されてなるジョイント部を、有していることを特徴とする、空気入りタイヤ。 - 扁平率70%以下で断面幅の呼びが365以上である、請求項4に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
