から本質的になることを特徴とする水性潤滑剤組成物が提供される。
20重量%の水、
0.01〜10重量%の増粘剤、

からなり得る。
a) 水中で、増粘剤、酸化防止剤、及びpH調整剤を混合するステップ、
b) ステップa)において得られた混合物を撹拌するステップ、
c) ステップb)において得られた混合物にグリセロールを添加するステップ、及び
d) ステップc)からの混合物を撹拌するステップ
を含む、前記方法が提供される。
本明細書に記載する水性潤滑剤組成物を、室温において、水中で、増粘剤、酸化防止剤、及びpH調整剤を撹拌しながら混合して、それにより水性混合物を得ることにより製造した。撹拌時間は、約2時間であった。続いて、水性混合物にグリセロールを添加し、撹拌を一定時間、例えば1時間継続した。
摩擦及び摩耗試験の説明:
ASTM D 6425プロトコルにしたがい、Optimol SRV-III振動摩擦及び摩耗試験機を使用して、境界潤滑の条件下における、潤滑剤の摩擦低減特性及び耐摩耗特性を評価した。試験中、上部の鋼球(100Cr6鋼、直径10 mm、表面粗さ(Ra)20 nm)が、固定された鋼のディスク(100CR6 ESU 硬化型、φ24 mm×7.9 mm、表面粗さ(Ra)120 nm)に対して、往復運動により滑る。球とディスクの両方は、Optimol Instruments Prueftechnik GmbH、ドイツから調達した。それぞれの試験の前に、装置及び試料をアセトン及びエタノールで洗浄した。室温(約25℃)、50 Hzの滑り振動数、及び1 mmの振幅で、33N(2GPa 最大ヘルツ圧力)の負荷の下で、全ての試験を実施した。SRV-III試験機に接続したデータ収集システムにより、摩擦係数曲線を自動的に記録した。慣らし運転の後の安定した摩擦係数の平均値を記録した。摩擦試験の後に、下部のディスクの摩耗体積を、光学プロファイリングシステム(Wyko NT1100、Veeco)を使用して測定した。
異なるせん断速度における、グリセロール及びその水性溶液の粘度を、Bohlin CVO 100レオメーターを使用して試験した。直径25 mmの内筒と直径27 mmの外筒を有する、同心状の円柱形状を使用した。実験中、測定全体を通して、潤滑剤の温度を25℃に維持した。せん断速度は、20s-1であった。
本試験では、標準のpH紙を使用してpH値を試験した。

0.01〜10重量%の、キトサン、デキストリン、セルロース、デンプン、植物性ガム及びヒアルロン酸からなる群から選択される増粘剤、
0.5〜10重量%の酸化防止剤、
0.5〜5重量%の、アンモニア、トリエタノールアミン、トリエチルアミン、水酸化ナトリウム、及び水酸化カルシウムからなる群から選択されるpH調整剤、及び
15〜93.99重量%のグリセロール
を含み、
前記酸化防止剤が、クルクミン、セサモール、茶ポリフェノール、リグニン、フラボン、ロスマリン酸、及びイノシトールヘキサホスフェートからなる群から選択されるフェノール又はポリフェノールの酸化防止剤であることを特徴とする水性潤滑剤組成物。 - 生分解性であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の水性潤滑剤組成物。
- 水の量が、10〜30重量%、又は20重量%であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の水性潤滑剤組成物。
- 酸化防止剤の量が、3〜10重量%であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の水性潤滑剤組成物。
- pH調整剤の量が、0.5〜3重量%であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の水性潤滑剤組成物。
- 前記水性潤滑剤組成物が、8〜12、又は9〜12のpHを有することを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の水性潤滑剤組成物。
- 装置の潤滑のための請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の水性潤滑剤組成物の使用。
- 装置が、ハイドロリック・パワー式機械、チェーンソー、又は鉄道線路の少なくとも一部、金属加工用流体、製材機、コンベヤーベルト、成形用流体である請求項7に記載の使用。
