Claims (4)
- ピストンが固定されるピストンロッドの一端、および、クランクシャフトに連結される連接棒の一端が、クロスヘッドを介して接続されるクロスヘッド型エンジンであって、
前記クロスヘッドは、
前記連接棒の一端に設けられたクロスヘッド軸受と、
前記クロスヘッド軸受に軸支されたクロスヘッドピンと、
前記クロスヘッドピンに設けられ、前記ピストンロッドの一端側が挿入されるとともに、該ピストンロッドの一端側に油圧を作用させて、前記ピストンと該クロスヘッドピンとの相対的な位置を変化させる油圧室と、
前記クロスヘッドピンに設けられ、前記油圧室に挿入された前記ピストンロッドの一端側の径方向外方に位置し、該油圧室内の油圧による該クロスヘッドピンの変形を抑止する変形抑止層と、
を備えたことを特徴とするクロスヘッド型エンジン。 - 前記変形抑止層は、前記ピストンロッドの周方向に間隔を維持して形成された複数の緩衝穴を含んで構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のクロスヘッド型エンジン。
- 前記変形抑止層は、前記クロスヘッドピンに形成された空隙であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のクロスヘッド型エンジン。
- 前記クロスヘッドピンよりも強度の高い変形抑止部材が、前記変形抑止層と前記油圧室との間に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載のクロスヘッド型エンジン。
