Claims (4)
- パッドがカバーと一体に発泡成形されているヘッドレストであって、
前記パッドの前部に設定された前記パッドよりも低反発な低反発層と、
前記低反発層を裏側からあてがえて支える前記パッドよりも硬質な支持部材と、
前記低反発層と前記支持部材における着座者の頭部を受け止めるサポート領域との当接箇所をこれらのうちの少なくとも一方に当接してシート幅方向の全域に亘って外周側から覆うように設けられて、前記パッドの発泡樹脂原料が前記当接箇所に浸入するのを阻止する阻止部材と、を有するヘッドレスト。 - 請求項1に記載のヘッドレストであって、
前記阻止部材が前記支持部材を上側と両横側とから覆うように設けられているヘッドレスト。 - 請求項1又は請求項2に記載のヘッドレストであって、
前記パッドの発泡樹脂原料が、上下逆さ向きにセットされた前記カバーの内部に注入されて該カバーと一体に発泡成形されるようになっており、
前記低反発層が、前記カバーの前部の内周面部に一体的に取り付けられており、
前記阻止部材が、前記カバーの内部に注入された前記パッドの発泡樹脂原料が前記カバーの傾斜に沿って流れ落ちて貯留される箇所の直上部において、前記支持部材に高さ方向に面当接して接着されていると共に、前記カバーの内周面部に取り付けられた前記低反発層にも後側から当接した状態にセットされているヘッドレスト。 - 請求項1から請求項3のいずれかに記載のヘッドレストであって、
前記阻止部材が前記パッドの発泡樹脂原料を通過させない低通気性かつ軟質性の発泡材料からなるヘッドレスト。
