バッテリーパックの温度を感知して温度感知信号を発生する少なくとも一つの温度センサー、
前記バッテリーパックに含まれた多数のバッテリーセルの配置空間の間に延びていて内部を通じて過飽和液体冷媒を循環させる冷媒管、
前記バッテリーパックの温度上昇時に前記冷媒管を通じて過飽和液体冷媒を循環させて冷却動作をするように駆動する冷媒循環駆動部、および
前記の少なくとも一つの温度センサーからの温度感知信号を通じて前記バッテリーパックの温度上昇が検知されたら、前記冷媒循環駆動部を駆動制御する制御部、
を含むことを特徴とする、バッテリー温度調節装置。

前記の少なくとも一つの温度センサーは、前記の多数のバッテリーセルに対する温度をそれぞれ対応的に個別感知するように多数個配置することを特徴とする、付記1に記載のバッテリー温度調節装置。
[付記3]
前記制御部は、前記の多数個の温度センサーからそれぞれ発生する多数の温度感知信号に対して平均温度値を取り、前記平均温度値によって前記バッテリーパックの温度上昇を検知することを特徴とする、付記2に記載のバッテリー温度調節装置。
[付記4]
前記冷媒循環駆動部と前記冷媒管との連結部の管入口側と管出口側にそれぞれ配置される入口側および出口側の開閉弁と、前記の多数のバッテリーセル間の配置空間の間に延びる冷媒管の入口側にそれぞれ設けられる多数の開閉弁と、をさらに含むことを特徴とする、付記1に記載のバッテリー温度調節装置。

前記制御部は、前記の少なくとも一つの温度センサーからの温度感知信号による温度値によって段階的な複数のモードを設定し、前記の複数のモードの状態によって前記の入口側および出口側の開閉弁と、多数の開閉弁を個別的に開閉制御することを特徴とする、付記4に記載のバッテリー温度調節装置。
[付記6]
前記過飽和液体冷媒は、酢酸ナトリウム(Sodium Acetate)(CH 3 COONa)溶液とチオ硫酸ナトリウム(Sodium Thiosulfate)(Na 3 AsO 3 )溶液中のいずれかの溶液であることを特徴とする、付記1に記載のバッテリー温度調節装置。
[付記7]
バッテリーパックの温度を感知して温度感知信号を発生する少なくとも一つの温度センサー、
前記バッテリーパックに含まれた多数のバッテリーセルの配置空間の間に延びていて内部を通じて過飽和液体冷媒を循環させる冷媒管、
前記バッテリーパックの温度低下時に前記冷媒管の内部に過飽和液体冷媒を伝達して前記過飽和液体冷媒の相変態による予熱動作をするように駆動する冷媒循環駆動部、
前記冷媒管に電気的衝撃電圧を印加して静電気の発生によって前記過飽和液体冷媒が液体相から固体相に相変態し熱が発生するようにする電気衝撃印加部、および
前記の少なくとも一つの温度センサーからの温度感知信号によって前記バッテリーパックの温度低下が検知されたら、前記冷媒循環駆動部を駆動制御し、前記電気衝撃印加部が電気的衝撃電圧を発生するように制御する制御部、
を含むことを特徴とするバッテリー温度調節装置。

前記の少なくとも一つの温度センサーは、前記の多数のバッテリーセルに対する温度をそれぞれ対応的に個別感知するように多数個配置することを特徴とする、付記7に記載のバッテリー温度調節装置。
[付記9]
前記制御部は、前記の多数個の温度センサーからそれぞれ発生する多数の温度感知信号に対して平均温度値を取り、前記平均温度値によって前記バッテリーパックの温度低下を検知することを特徴とする、付記8に記載のバッテリー温度調節装置。
[付記10]
前記冷媒循環駆動部と前記冷媒管との連結部の管入口側と管出口側にそれぞれ配置される入口側および出口側の開閉弁と、前記の多数のバッテリーセル間の配置空間の間に延びる冷媒管の入口側にそれぞれ設けられる多数の開閉弁と、をさらに含むことを特徴とする、付記7に記載のバッテリー温度調節装置。

前記制御部は、前記の少なくとも一つの温度センサーからの温度感知信号による温度値によって段階的な複数のモードを設定し、前記の複数のモードの状態によって前記の入口側および出口側の開閉弁と、多数の開閉弁を個別的に開閉制御することを特徴とする、付記10に記載のバッテリー温度調節装置。

前記過飽和液体冷媒は、酢酸ナトリウム(Sodium Acetate)(CH 3 COONa)溶液とチオ硫酸ナトリウム(Sodium Thiosulfate)(Na 3 AsO 3 )溶液のいずれかの溶液であることを特徴とする、付記7に記載のバッテリー温度調節装置。
[付記13]
前記冷媒管の内部には管の延長部位に沿って熱線が設けられていることを特徴とする、付記7に記載のバッテリー温度調節装置。
Claims (11)
- バッテリーパックの温度を感知して温度感知信号を発生する少なくとも一つの温度センサー、
前記バッテリーパックに含まれた多数のバッテリーセルの配置空間の間に延びていて内部を通じて過飽和液体冷媒を循環させる冷媒管、
前記バッテリーパックの温度上昇時に前記冷媒管を通じて過飽和液体冷媒を循環させて冷却動作をするように駆動する冷媒循環駆動部、および
前記の少なくとも一つの温度センサーからの温度感知信号を通じて前記バッテリーパックの温度上昇が検知されたら、前記冷媒循環駆動部を駆動制御する制御部、
を含み、
前記冷媒循環駆動部と前記冷媒管との連結部の管入口側と管出口側にそれぞれ配置される入口側および出口側の開閉弁と、前記の多数のバッテリーセル間の配置空間の間に延びる冷媒管の入口側にそれぞれ設けられる多数の開閉弁と、をさらに含むことを特徴とする、バッテリー温度調節装置。 - 前記の少なくとも一つの温度センサーは、前記の多数のバッテリーセルに対する温度をそれぞれ対応的に個別感知するように多数個配置することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリー温度調節装置。
- 前記制御部は、前記の多数個の温度センサーからそれぞれ発生する多数の温度感知信号に対して平均温度値を取り、前記平均温度値によって前記バッテリーパックの温度上昇を検知することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のバッテリー温度調節装置。
- 前記制御部は、前記の少なくとも一つの温度センサーからの温度感知信号による温度値によって段階的な複数のモードを設定し、前記の複数のモードの状態によって前記の入口側および出口側の開閉弁と、多数の開閉弁を個別的に開閉制御することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリー温度調節装置。
- 前記過飽和液体冷媒は、酢酸ナトリウム(Sodium Acetate)(CH3COONa)溶液とチオ硫酸ナトリウム(Sodium Thiosulfate)(Na3AsO3)溶液中のいずれかの溶液であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリー温度調節装置。
- バッテリーパックの温度を感知して温度感知信号を発生する少なくとも一つの温度センサー、
前記バッテリーパックに含まれた多数のバッテリーセルの配置空間の間に延びていて内部を通じて過飽和液体冷媒を循環させる冷媒管、
前記バッテリーパックの温度低下時に前記冷媒管の内部に過飽和液体冷媒を伝達して前記過飽和液体冷媒の相変態による予熱動作をするように駆動する冷媒循環駆動部、
前記冷媒管に電気的衝撃電圧を印加して静電気の発生によって前記過飽和液体冷媒が液体相から固体相に相変態し熱が発生するようにする電気衝撃印加部、および
前記の少なくとも一つの温度センサーからの温度感知信号によって前記バッテリーパックの温度低下が検知されたら、前記冷媒循環駆動部を駆動制御し、前記電気衝撃印加部が電気的衝撃電圧を発生するように制御する制御部、
を含み、
前記冷媒循環駆動部と前記冷媒管との連結部の管入口側と管出口側にそれぞれ配置される入口側および出口側の開閉弁と、前記の多数のバッテリーセル間の配置空間の間に延びる冷媒管の入口側にそれぞれ設けられる多数の開閉弁と、をさらに含むことを特徴とするバッテリー温度調節装置。 - 前記の少なくとも一つの温度センサーは、前記の多数のバッテリーセルに対する温度をそれぞれ対応的に個別感知するように多数個配置することを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のバッテリー温度調節装置。
- 前記制御部は、前記の多数個の温度センサーからそれぞれ発生する多数の温度感知信号に対して平均温度値を取り、前記平均温度値によって前記バッテリーパックの温度低下を検知することを特徴とする、請求項7に記載のバッテリー温度調節装置。
- 前記制御部は、前記の少なくとも一つの温度センサーからの温度感知信号による温度値によって段階的な複数のモードを設定し、前記の複数のモードの状態によって前記の入口側および出口側の開閉弁と、多数の開閉弁を個別的に開閉制御することを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のバッテリー温度調節装置。
- 前記過飽和液体冷媒は、酢酸ナトリウム(Sodium Acetate)(CH3COONa)溶液とチオ硫酸ナトリウム(Sodium Thiosulfate)(Na3AsO3)溶液のいずれかの溶液であることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のバッテリー温度調節装置。
- 前記冷媒管の内部には管の延長部位に沿って熱線が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のバッテリー温度調節装置。
