Abstract
Description
상기 케이스 내부에서 화재가 발생하지 않았을 때는 외부 공기가 유입되지 않도록 차단되며, 화재가 발생하여 케이스 내부 압력이 높아졌을 때 케이스 내부의 가스를 외부로 방출하기 위해 상기 케이스의 벽체에 설치되는 릴리프 밸브나 체크밸브로 이루어진 가스 분출구와;
상기 케이스 내부에 배치된 소화부와;
케이스 내부의 온도를 낮추기 위해 상기 케이스 내면이나 외면 또는 배터리 셀들 사이에 배치되거나 상부 케이스 또는 하부 케이스의 벽면에 형성된 유로로 이루어지는 냉매 순환로로 이루어지는 제 1 열교환기와;
전기 공급에 의해 발열하여 케이스 내부의 온도를 높이기 위한 발열판;을 포함하여 배터리 모듈이 형성되고;

- 상부 케이스와 하부 케이스가 결합되어 이루어지며, 복수 개의 배터리 셀과 상기 배터리 셀의 온도 및 충방전 상태를 조절하기 위한 배터리 관리 시스템을 내부에 배치하고, 상부 케이스와 하부 케이스 사이를 가스켓으로 밀봉하며, 상부 케이스와 하부 케이스 중 하나에는 전원 및 신호를 외부로 전달하기 위해 불연성 소재로 이루어진 단자부가 배치되어 있는 케이스와;
상기 케이스 내부에서 화재가 발생하지 않았을 때는 외부 공기가 유입되지 않도록 차단되며, 화재가 발생하여 케이스 내부 압력이 높아졌을 때 케이스 내부의 가스를 외부로 방출하기 위해 상기 케이스의 벽체에 설치되는 릴리프 밸브나 체크밸브로 이루어진 가스 분출구와;
상기 케이스 내부에 배치된 소화부와;

적층되어 설치된 상기 배터리 모듈들의 제 1 열교환기들을 순환한 냉매를 냉각시키기 위한 제 2 열교환기가; 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 태양광 발전 설비용 에너지 저장 시스템의 화재 확산 방지 구조.
