Description
本出願は、2014年12月01日付けの韓国特許出願第10−2014−0169416号、2014年12月22日付けの韓国特許出願第10−2014−0186276号、及び2015年12月01日付けの韓国特許出願第10−2015−0169672号に基づく優先権の利益を主張し、当該韓国特許出願の文献に開示された全ての内容は本明細書の一部として含まれる。
実施例1〜10、比較例1及び2
下記の構成成分を用いて、下記表1に記載された含量で配合し、250〜260℃の二軸押出機で溶融及び混練してペレットを製造した後、前記ペレットを250〜270℃の射出機を用いてポリカーボネート樹脂組成物試片を製造した。
下記の(F)成分を除いた構成成分を、下記表2に記載された含量で配合し、二軸押出機のメインフィーダーに投入し、(F)成分を二軸押出機のサイドフィーダーに投入した後、270℃で溶融及び混練してペレットを製造した後、前記ペレットを射出機を用いてポリカーボネート樹脂組成物試片を製造した。
前記実施例1〜10、比較例1及び2で収得したポリカーボネート樹脂組成物試片の物性を、下記の方法で測定し、その結果を下記表3に示す。
*カラー(変色度、L、a、b):1.2mm(±10%)の厚さの試片を標準測定ASTM D1500に準拠して測定した。
参考例1〜4
下記の構成成分を用いて、下記表5に記載された含量で配合し、250〜260℃の二軸押出機で溶融及び混練してペレットを製造した後、前記ペレットを250〜270℃の射出機を用いてポリカーボネート樹脂組成物試片を製造した。
Claims (19)
- (a)ポリカーボネート樹脂と、
(b)レーザー直接構造化用添加剤と、
(c)コア−シェル構造を有する衝撃補強剤と、
(d)着色剤と、
(e)エチレン含有アクリル系衝撃補強剤(ただし、(c)成分でないもの)、
(g)下記化学式1で表される化合物、及び
(h)ガラス繊維とを含み、
任意に(f)流動改質剤を含む
ことを特徴とする、ポリカーボネート樹脂組成物であって、
前記ポリカーボネート樹脂組成物に対して、前記(b)レーザー直接構造化用添加剤は、0.1〜7重量%、前記(g)化学式1で表される化合物は、0.1〜1重量%含まれ、
前記(d)着色剤は、酸化亜鉛、一酸化チタン、二酸化チタン、三酸化チタン、酸化鉄、アルミン酸塩及びナトリウムアルミニウムスルホシリケートからなる群から選択された1種以上であり、
前記ポリカーボネート樹脂組成物が前記(f)流動改質剤を含む場合、前記(c)コア−シェル構造を有する衝撃補強剤は、ブタジエン系衝撃補強剤を含まず、
前記(b)レーザー直接構造化用添加剤は、三斜晶系構造(triclinic structure)を有するレーザー直接構造化用添加剤である
ポリカーボネート樹脂組成物。
- 前記(a)ポリカーボネート樹脂は、溶融指数(260℃、2.16kg)が10〜80g/10minであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のポリカーボネート樹脂組成物。
- 前記(a)ポリカーボネート樹脂は、溶融指数(300℃、1.2kg)が3〜35g/10minであることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のポリカーボネート樹脂組成物。
- 前記(a)ポリカーボネート樹脂は、前記ポリカーボネート樹脂組成物に対して30〜85重量%含まれることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のポリカーボネート樹脂組成物。
- 前記(b)レーザー直接構造化用添加剤は、リン酸水酸化銅、リン酸銅、硫酸銅及びチオシアン酸第1銅からなる群から選択された1種以上であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のポリカーボネート樹脂組成物。
- 前記(c)コア−シェル構造を有する衝撃補強剤は、シリコン−アクリル系衝撃補強剤、ブタジエン系衝撃補強剤及びアクリル系衝撃補強剤からなる群から選択された1種以上であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のポリカーボネート樹脂組成物。
- 前記(c)コア−シェル構造を有する衝撃補強剤は、前記ポリカーボネート樹脂組成物に対して0.1〜10重量%含まれることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のポリカーボネート樹脂組成物。
- 前記(d)着色剤は、前記ポリカーボネート樹脂組成物に対して3〜15重量%含まれることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のポリカーボネート樹脂組成物。
- 前記(e)エチレン含有アクリル系衝撃補強剤は15〜40重量%のアクリレートを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のポリカーボネート樹脂組成物。
- 前記(e)エチレン含有アクリル系衝撃補強剤は、前記ポリカーボネート樹脂組成物に対して0.1〜10重量%含まれることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載のポリカーボネート樹脂組成物。
- 前記(f)流動改質剤は、テトラキス(2,6−ジメチルフェニル)m−フェニレンジホスフェートであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載のポリカーボネート樹脂組成物。
- 前記(f)流動改質剤は、前記ポリカーボネート樹脂組成物に対して0.1〜10重量%含まれることを特徴とする、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載のポリカーボネート樹脂組成物。
- 前記(g)化学式1で表される化合物のX、Y及びZのうちの1種はアルカリ金属であり、2種は水素であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載のポリカーボネート樹脂組成物。
- 前記(h)ガラス繊維は、長さが2〜5mm、幅が15〜40μm、厚さが5〜20μmであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載のポリカーボネート樹脂組成物。
- 前記(h)ガラス繊維は、下記数式1で計算したアスペクト比(δ)が100〜300であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載のポリカーボネート樹脂組成物。

(前記Lは、ガラス繊維の長さであり、前記Dは、ガラス繊維の幅であり、前記長さは、長手方向に沿って垂直に切断した断面が矩形である場合には、断面の最も長い辺の長さであり、楕円形である場合には、断面の最も長い直径の長さに該当する。) - 前記(h)ガラス繊維は、シラン(silane)又はオレフィン(olefin)で表面処理されたチョップド(chopped)ガラス繊維であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜15のいずれか一項に記載のポリカーボネート樹脂組成物。
- 前記(h)ガラス繊維は、前記ポリカーボネート樹脂組成物に対して10〜50重量%含まれることを特徴とする、請求項1〜16のいずれか一項に記載のポリカーボネート樹脂組成物。
- (A)(a)ポリカーボネート樹脂、(b)レーザー直接構造化用添加剤、(c)コア−シェル構造を有する衝撃補強剤、(d)着色剤、(e)エチレン含有アクリル系衝撃補強剤(ただし、(c)成分でないもの)、および(g)下記化学式1で表される化合物、ならびに任意に(f)流動改質剤を押出機のメインフィーダー(main feeder)に供給するステップと、
(B)(h)ガラス繊維を前記押出機のサイドフィーダー(side feeder)に供給するステップと、
(C)200℃〜280℃で押出するステップとを含むことを特徴とする、ポリカーボネート樹脂組成物の製造方法であって、
前記ポリカーボネート樹脂組成物に対して、前記(b)レーザー直接構造化用添加剤は、0.1〜7重量%、前記(g)化学式1で表される化合物は、0.1〜1重量%含まれ、
前記(d)着色剤は、酸化亜鉛、一酸化チタン、二酸化チタン、三酸化チタン、酸化鉄、アルミン酸塩及びナトリウムアルミニウムスルホシリケートからなる群から選択された1種以上であり、
(A)工程において前記(f)流動改質剤を供給する場合、前記(c)コア−シェル構造を有する衝撃補強剤は、ブタジエン系衝撃補強剤を含まず、
前記(b)レーザー直接構造化用添加剤は、三斜晶系構造(triclinic structure)を有するレーザー直接構造化用添加剤である
ポリカーボネート樹脂組成物の製造方法。
- 前記(C)押出ステップ後に収得された押出物をめっきするステップを含むことを特徴とする、請求項18に記載のポリカーボネート樹脂組成物の製造方法。
