Claims (8)
- ブレーキディスク(3)を取り囲む、スライドキャリパとして形成されたブレーキキャリパ(1)を具備し、このブレーキキャリパ内に締付け力を加える側のブレーキパッド(5)と反作用側のブレーキパッド(4)が配置され、ブレーキング時にこのブレーキパッドが締付け装置(8)によって前記ブレーキディスク(3)に対して両側から押し付け可能であり、反作用側の前記ブレーキパッド(4)が摩擦パッド(7)を支持するパッド支持板(6)によって前記ブレーキキャリパ(1)の後側の壁部(2)に支持され、非機能位置で前記ブレーキキャリパ(1)の組み立て開口(11)寄りの範囲において、前記ブレーキキャリパ(1)の後側の壁部(2)と反作用側の前記ブレーキパッド(4)との間に、隣接する範囲よりも幅広の隙間が形成され、この隙間の長さが少なくとも、押圧位置での前記パッド支持板(6)に対する前記壁部(2)の接触部の長さ(L)に一致している、商用車用のディスクブレーキにおいて、
前記隙間が前記摩擦パッド(7)を支持する側面(13)に対して平行な平面状背面(12)に穿設された前記パッド支持板(6)の少なくとも1つの凹部(9)によって形成され、該凹部(9)が長手方向側面を画成する前記パッド支持板(6)のエッジに対して間隔をおいて延在し、前記凹部(9)の断面形状が、ブレーキの締付け時の制動力により前記ブレーキキャリパ(1)が変形することによって変化する前記壁部(2)の接触角度に適合させられていることを特徴とするディスクブレーキ。 - 前記隙間が前記組み立て開口(11)の方へ広がっていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のディスクブレーキ。
- パッド支持板(6)とそれに固定された摩擦パッド(7)を有し、前記パッド支持板(6)によってブレーキキャリパ(1)の後側の壁部(2)に支持されるディスクブレーキ用ブレーキパッドにおいて、
前記パッド支持板(6)が前記摩擦パッド(7)を支持する側面(13)に対して平行な、前記摩擦パッド(7)とは反対側の平面状背面(12)に、前記パッド支持板(6)の長手方向に延在する少なくとも1つの凹部(9)を有し、該凹部が長手方向側面を画成する前記パッド支持板(6)のエッジに対して間隔をおいて延在し、前記凹部(9)の断面形状が、ブレーキの締付け時の制動力により前記ブレーキキャリパ(1)が変形することによって変化する前記壁部(2)の接触角度に適合させられていることを特徴とするブレーキパッド。 - 前記凹部(9)が湾曲してあるいは少なくとも1回折り曲げられて延在していることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のブレーキパッド。
- 前記凹部(9)が凸形外面寄りの前記パッド支持板(6)の半部に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項3または4に記載のブレーキパッド。
- 前記凹部(9)が尖ったエッジを有するように形成されているかまたは少なくとも凸形の側とは反対側に断面が緩やかに傾斜して延在するように形成されていることを特徴とする請求項3〜5のいずれか一項に記載のブレーキパッド。
- 前記凹部(9)が前記パッド支持板(6)に埋め込まれたインサート(10)に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項3〜6のいずれか一項に記載のブレーキパッド。
- 複数の前記凹部(9)が半径方向軸線(11)に関して対称にまたは非対称に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項3〜7のいずれか一項に記載のブレーキパッド。
