Claims (16)
- タービン排気ケースであって、
前記タービン排気ケースを通る空気流路を画定する整流板と、
前記整流板を貫通しかつその周辺に配設されて、軸受荷重を支持するマルチピース型フレームと、
を備え、前記マルチピース型フレームが、
内側リングと、
前記内側リングの外方に同心状に配設される外側リングと、
前記外側リングの外径の周りに周方向に分布する位置で、前記外側リングにボルト締めされる複数のボス付きカバーと、
前記整流板を貫通し、非半径方向のコネクタによって、前記内側リングおよび前記ボス付きカバーに固定された複数の半径方向のストラットと、
を備えた、タービン排気ケース。 - 前記マルチピース型フレームが鋼で形成される、請求項1に記載のタービン排気ケース。
- 前記マルチピース型フレームが砂型鋳造鋼で形成される、請求項2に記載のタービン排気ケース。
- 前記整流板が一体に形成される、請求項1に記載のタービン排気ケース。
- 前記整流板が、前記マルチピース型フレームよりも、高温用に格付けされた材料で形成される、請求項1に記載のタービン排気ケース。
- 前記整流板が、ニッケル系超合金で形成される、請求項1に記載のタービン排気ケース。
- 前記半径方向のストラットが、前記非半径方向のコネクタによって、前記内側リング上の半径方向フランジに据えつけられる、請求項1に記載のタービン排気ケース。
- 各半径方向のストラットが、個々のボス付きカバーによって被覆された、前記外側リング中の個々の開口部を通過する、請求項1に記載のタービン排気ケース。
- 前記非半径方向のコネクタが、周方向に配向された膨張性直径締結具である、請求項1に記載のタービン排気ケース。
- タービン排気ケースフレームであって、
複数の半径方向外方に延在するフランジを有する内側円筒形リングと、
複数の角度的に分散されたストラット開口部を有する外側円錐台形リングと、
前記半径方向外方に延在するフランジに固定され、前記角度的に分散されたストラット開口部を通って延在する、複数の半径方向のストラットと、
前記角度的に分散されたストラット開口部それぞれの上に固定され、膨張性直径ストラット締結具によって、前記半径方向のストラットに固定される、複数のカバーと、
を備えた、タービン排気ケースフレーム。 - 前記半径方向のストラットのそれぞれが、膨張性直径の内径締結具によって、前記半径方向外方に延在するフランジのうちの2つに固定される、請求項10に記載のタービン排気ケースフレーム。
- 前記膨張性直径ストラット締結具が、周方向に配向される、請求項10に記載のタービン排気ケースフレーム。
- 各膨張性直径ストラット締結具が、前記ストラットのうちの1つおよび複数の前記カバーのうちの1つを通って、全体に延在する、請求項10に記載のタービン排気ケースフレーム。
- 前記フレームが、鋼で形成される、請求項10に記載のタービン排気ケースフレーム。
- タービン排気ケースを組み立てる方法であって、
整流板を画定する流路の整流板ベーンと、内側フレームリングから半径方向外方に延在するフランジと、外側円錐台形リングのストラット開口部と、を揃えることと、
前記ストラット開口部および前記整流板ベーンを通して、半径方向のストラットを前記外側円錐台形リングの半径方向外方から挿入することと、
前記半径方向のストラットを前記フランジに固定することと、
前記ストラット開口部に架かるカバーを前記外側円錐台形リングおよび前記ストラットに固定することと、を備えた方法。 - 前記カバーを前記ストラットに固定することが、周方向に配向された膨張性直径締結具を、各ストラットおよびカバーを通して挿入することを含む、請求項15に記載の方法。
