- タービン排気ケースであって、
前記タービン排気ケースを通る空気流路を画定する1ピース型整流板と、
前記1ピース型整流板を貫通しかつその周辺に配設されて、軸受荷重を支持するマルチピース型フレームと、を備え、前記マルチピース型フレームは、
内側リングと、
前記内側リングの外方に同心状に配設されるとともに、ベーン位置にストラット開口部を含んだ中空のボスを有する、外側リングと、
前記中空のボスに固定される複数のカバーと、
前記1ピース型整流板と前記外側リングの前記ストラット開口部とを貫通するとともに、前記内側リングと前記カバーとに半径方向に締結される複数の半径方向のストラットと
を備える、
タービン排気ケース。 - 前記マルチピース型フレームは鋼で形成される、請求項1に記載のタービン排気ケース。
- 前記マルチピース型フレームは砂型鋳造で形成される、請求項2に記載のタービン排気ケース。
- 前記1ピース型整流板は一体に形成される、請求項1に記載のタービン排気ケース。
- 前記1ピース型整流板は、前記マルチピース型フレームよりも、高温用に格付けされた材料で形成される、請求項1に記載のタービン排気ケース。
- 前記1ピース型整流板は、ニッケル系超合金で形成される、請求項1に記載のタービン排気ケース。
- 前記中空のボスと前記カバーとの間に配設される気密シールを更に備える、請求項1に記載のタービン排気ケース。
- 前記カバーは、該カバーを貫通して前記中空のボス内に延在するとともに前記カバーの前記中空のボスからの半径方向オフセットを画定する、調整可能なカバー締結具を介して、前記中空のボスに固定される、請求項1に記載のタービン排気ケース。
- 前記カバーは、前記中空のボスに当接するとともに前記カバーの前記中空のボスからの半径方向オフセットを画定する、調整可能なカバースペーサを介して、前記中空のボスから離間される、請求項1に記載のタービン排気ケース。
- 前記半径方向のストラットは、外側および内側半径方向ボルトを介して前記カバーおよび前記内側リングにそれぞれ締結される、請求項1に記載のタービン排気ケース。
- タービン排気ケースフレームであって、
内側円筒形リングと、
複数の角度的に分散された中空のストラットボスを有する外側円錐台形リングと、
半径方向の締結具を介して前記内側円筒形リングに固定される複数の半径方向のストラットと、
前記半径方向のストラットに半径方向に据えつけられ、かつ前記中空のストラットボスから半径方向外方に離間された複数のカバーと、
を備える、
タービン排気ケースフレーム。 - 前記複数のカバーは、前記カバーを半径方向に貫通して前記中空のストラットボス内に延在する調整可能なカバー締結具により、前記中空のストラットボスに据えつけられ、かつ前記ストラットボスから半径方向外方に離間される、請求項11に記載のタービン排気ケース。
- 前記複数のカバーは、半径方向に前記カバーを貫通して延在するとともに前記中空のストラットボスに当接する調整可能なカバースペーサにより、前記中空のストラットボスから半径方向外方に離間される、請求項11に記載のタービン排気ケース。
- 前記複数の半径方向のストラットは、半径方向のボルトを介して前記カバーと、前記内側円筒形リングとに据えつけられる、請求項11に記載のタービン排気ケース。
- 前記中空のボスと前記カバーとの間に配設される気密シールを更に備える、請求項11に記載のタービン排気ケース。
- タービン排気ケースを組み立てる方法であって、
整流板を画定する流路の整流板ベーン、内側フレームリング上の半径方向の締結具、および外側円錐台形リングのストラットボス内のストラット開口部を揃えることと、
前記ストラット開口部および前記整流板ベーンを通るように、半径方向のストラットを前記外側円錐台形リングの半径方向外方から挿入することと、
前記半径方向の締結具を介して前記半径方向のストラットを前記内側フレームリングに固定することと、
前記半径方向のストラットを、前記ストラットボスの半径方向外方にあるとともに前記ストラット開口部に架かる平坦なカバーに固定することと、
前記カバーと前記ストラットボスとの間の隔離距離を調整して、前記ストラットの半径方向位置を調整することと、
を備えた、
方法。 - 前記カバーと前記ストラットとの間の前記隔離距離を調整することは、前記カバーを貫通して前記ストラットボス内に延在するカバー締結具を締め付けまたは緩めることを含む、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記カバーと前記ストラットとの間の前記隔離距離を調整することは、前記カバーを貫通して延在するとともに前記ストラットボスに当接するカバースペーサを締め付けまたは緩めることを含む、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記外側円錐台形リングを、前記平坦なカバーと前記ストラットボスとの間に位置決めされたシールで封止することを更に含む、請求項16に記載の方法。
