Claims (4)
- スケールユニットと、当該スケールユニットに沿ってスライドするスライダーと、を備えたリニアエンコーダであって、
前記スライダーは、スライダー保持部と、前記スケールユニットのスケール筐体内に配置される検出ヘッド保持部と、これら二つの保持部を繋ぐべく前記スケール筐体の内外に延びる支柱と、から構成されたスライダー筐体を備え、
前記支柱のうち前記検出ヘッド保持部寄りの一部分と、前記検出ヘッド保持部の前記支柱寄りの一部分と、を前記支柱の厚みよりも大きな厚みでくり貫いている、
ことを特徴とするリニアエンコーダ。 - 前記支柱のくり貫きは、前記スケールユニットと組み合わせた場合に、スケール筐体に固定されたシールが前記支柱部に接触する位置よりも、前記検出ヘッド保持部寄りの一部分に行う、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のリニアエンコーダのスライダー構造。
- 前記スライダー筐体は、前記支柱のくり貫き箇所から前記スライダー保持部までの間に貫通穴を設けたスライダー筐体が一体成型により形成される、ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のリニアエンコーダ。
- 前記スライダー筐体は、前記支柱部のくり貫き箇所から前記スライダー保持部までの間の貫通穴がミーリング加工により後加工される、ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のリニアエンコーダ。
