Description
下記(1)〜(4)を含む2.5%のナノ複合材料がNusil 6350の2液型(two-part)シリコンに加えられた。
(1)Southern Clay Cloisite Na+,含水ケイ酸アルミニウム
(2)Southern Clay Cloisite 15A,ベントナイトを有するアンモニウム塩
(3)Nanocor 1.30E(オクタデシルアンモニウムの表面に適合したモンモリロナイト(Octadecyl ammonium surface compatabilized montmorillonite))
(4)Nanocor 1.34TCN(メチル−ビスヒドロキシエチルオクタデシルアンモニウムの表面に適合したモンモリロナイト(methyl, bis hydroxyethyl octadecyl ammonium surface compatabilized montmorillonite))
下記(1)〜(4)を含む、2.5%のナノ複合材料がSmooth-On, Vytaflex 30によって作られた2液型(two-part)ポリウレタンに加えられた。
(1)Southern Clay Cloisite Na+,含水ケイ酸アルミニウム
(2)Southern Clay Cloisite 15A,ベントナイトを有するアンモニウム塩
(3)Nanocor 1.30E(オクタデシルアンモニウムの表面に適合したモンモリロナイト(Octadecyl ammonium surface compatabilized montmorillonite))
(4)Nanocor 1.34TCN(メチル−ビスヒドロキシエチルオクタデシルアンモニウムの表面に適合したモンモリロナイト(methyl, bis hydroxyethyl octadecyl ammonium surface compatabilized montmorillonite))
実験2と同様の実験セットは、シランプライマーのDow Corning 1200を使用して繰り返された。同レベルのタマネギの臭気の向上が見られた。つまり、2.5%のナノ複合材料からなるポリウレタンコーティングがシランを下塗りした(primed)シリコンチューブに塗布された後、タマネギの臭気の開始は、ナノ複合材料なしの制御の30分から6〜12時間に延長された。ポリウレタンコーティングは、シリコンチューブに良好に引っ付き、かつ、曲げに耐えることができた。
2%のNanocor 1.30Eが厚さ1mm(すなわち40ミル)のシリコンゲルスラブのNusil 6350の中に加えられた。タマネギのバリアは、ISO8670−3:2000に従ってナノ複合材料を有するシリコンスラブとナノ複合材料を有しないシリコンスラブとで比較された。
Claims (14)
- 以下の構成i)〜iii)を備えることを特徴とする臭気バリア材料で作られた糞便カテーテルであって、当該糞便カテーテルが、0.1μm以上の算術平均表面粗さ(Ra)の表面を備えることを特徴とする糞便カテーテル。
i)スチレンブロック共重合体、熱可塑性加硫物、またはポリオレフィンエラストマーからなるグループから選択される熱可塑性エラストマー
ii)ポリイソブテン、ポリブテン、または有機粘土から選択される臭気バリアモディファイア
iii)シリカ、滑石、粘土、及び雲母を含む実質的に無機のフィラーからなるグループから選択される抗ブロッキング剤 - 前記スチレンブロック共重合体は、スチレン−イソプレン−スチレン(SIS)、スチレン−ブタジエン−スチレン(SBS)、スチレン−エチレン/ブチレン−スチレン(SEBS)、スチレン−エチレン/プロピレン−スチレン(SEPS)、または上記のブレンドを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の糞便カテーテル。
- 前記熱可塑性加硫物は、硬化性ゴムとポリオレフィンのブレンドを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の糞便カテーテル。
- 前記ポリオレフィンは、ポリエチレン及びポリプロピレンであり、これらのホモポリマー及びコポリマーを含むことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の糞便カテーテル。
- 前記硬化性ゴムは、エチレンプロピレンジエンモノマー(EPDM)、エチレンプロピレンゴム、サントプレン(登録商標)、及びこれらのブレンドからなるグループから選択されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の糞便カテーテル。
- 前記ポリオレフィンエラストマーはオレフィンブロック共重合体を含み、
前記オレフィンブロック共重合体の結晶相がハードブロックとしての機能を果たし、非結晶質のブロック共重合体がソフトブロックとしての機能を果たすことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の糞便カテーテル。 - 前記有機粘土は、モンモリロナイト粘土、スメクタイト粘土、挿入粘土、ナノ粘土、または上記の混合物を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の糞便カテーテル。
- ASTM D3985に従う酸素バリア透過速度が、23℃で1000cc/m2/日以下であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の糞便カテーテル。
- 60以下のショアA硬度を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の糞便カテーテル。
- 前記糞便カテーテルの表面は、5N/インチより大きい接着強さを有する接着剤により結合できることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の糞便カテーテル。
- 前記糞便カテーテルの表面は、5N/インチより大きい融着強さを有して熱融着できることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の糞便カテーテル。
- 以下の構成i)〜iii)を備える臭気バリア材料で作られた糞便カテーテルであって、
前記臭気バリア材料は、60以下のショアA硬度を有し、かつ、0.1μm以上、好ましくは1μm以上の算術平均表面粗さRaを有し、
当該糞便カテーテルが、0.1μm以上の算術平均表面粗さ(Ra)の表面を備えることを特徴とする糞便カテーテル。
i)スチレンブロック共重合体、熱可塑性加硫物、またはポリオレフィンエラストマーからなるグループから選択される熱可塑性エラストマー
ii)ポリイソブテン、ポリブテン、または有機粘土から選択される臭気バリアモディファイア
iii)シリカ、滑石、粘土、及び雲母を含む実質的に無機のフィラーからなるグループから選択される抗ブロッキング剤 - ASTM D3985に従う酸素バリア透過速度が、23℃で1000cc/m2/日以下であることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の糞便カテーテル。
- 以下の構成i)〜iii)を備える臭気バリア材料で作られたオストミーパウチであって、
当該オストミーパウチが、0.1μm以上の算術平均表面粗さ(Ra)の表面を備えることを特徴とするオストミーパウチ。
i)スチレンブロック共重合体、熱可塑性加硫物、またはポリオレフィンエラストマーからなるグループから選択される熱可塑性エラストマー
ii)ポリイソブテン、ポリブテン、または有機粘土から選択される臭気バリアモディファイア
iii)シリカ、滑石、粘土、及び雲母を含む実質的に無機のフィラーからなるグループから選択される抗ブロッキング剤
