Description
前記ホルダは、前記カップ状の検体容器の下部の外周部を保持する保持部を有するとともに、前記検体容器は、直径30mm以上で、内部に前記検体を収容する空間を有する筒形状に構成され、上側が広くなるように拡径し、下部が前記ホルダの保持部に挿入されて立位状態で支持され、前記撹拌における前記ホルダの回転速度は150〜200rpmであり、前記分取・分注部は、撹拌後の前記検体容器の側面の所定位置を押圧して前記検体容器を傾動させる傾動部を備える、ことを特徴とする。
以下、本発明の第1実施形態にかかる検体処理装置10について図1及び図2を参照して説明する。図1は本実施形態にかかる検体処理装置10の説明図、図2は撹拌部30の側面図であり、フレーム22等を破断して一部断面で示している。なお、各図では説明のため、適宜構成を拡大、縮小、省略して示している。図中矢印X,Y,Zは互いに直交する3方向をそれぞれ示している。
以下に、本願出願の当初の特許請求の範囲に記載された発明を付記する。
(1)
検体を収容する検体容器を立位状態で保持するホルダと、
前記検体容器を回転させて内部の検体を撹拌する回転機構部と、
を備えることを特徴とする撹拌装置。
(2)
前記回転機構部は、モータと、前記モータの出力軸に接続されて回転するとともに、樹脂を含む摩擦材料で構成された外面を有するローラと、前記ホルダに設けられるとともに前記ローラの外面に当接して配され前記ローラの回転に追従して回転する回転盤と、を備えて構成され、
前記検体容器は前記検体を収容する筒状のカップであり、
前記カップを立位状態に保持したまま回転させることを特徴とする(1)記載の撹拌装置。
(3)
検体を収容する検体容器を立位状態で保持し、
前記検体容器を回転させて内部の検体を撹拌する、ことを特徴とする撹拌方法。
Claims (3)
- 検体を収容するとともに上面開口を有するカップ状の検体容器を立位状態で保持するとともに、所定の移動経路に沿って移動可能であり回転可能に構成されたホルダと、
前記ホルダの外面に当接して回転することで、前記ホルダを追従して回転させ、前記検体容器の内部の検体を撹拌する回転ローラと、
前記回転ローラよりも、前記移動経路の下流側に設けられ、前記検体容器の前記上面開口に挿入され前記検体容器内の前記検体を吸引可能に構成されたノズルを備える、分取・分注部と、を備え、
前記ホルダは、前記カップ状の検体容器の下部の外周部を保持する保持部を有するとともに、
前記検体容器は、直径30mm以上で、内部に前記検体を収容する空間を有する筒形状に構成され、上側が広くなるように拡径し、下部が前記ホルダの保持部に挿入されて立位状態で支持され、
前記撹拌における前記ホルダの回転速度は150〜200rpmであり、
前記分取・分注部は、撹拌後の前記検体容器の側面の所定位置を押圧して前記検体容器を傾動させる傾動部を備える、ことを特徴とする検体処理装置。 - 前記回転ローラは、樹脂を含む摩擦材料で構成された外面を有し、
前記ホルダは、前記検体容器の底部を収容する保持部と、前記回転ローラの外面に当接して配され摩擦により前記回転ローラの回転に追従して回転する回転盤と、を同軸的に一体に備える、ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の検体処理装置。 - 所定の搬送パスに沿って配される一対のガイドレールと、前記ホルダを係合保持した状態で移動するチェーンベルトと、前記チェーンベルト上に前記ホルダを回転可能に支持する支持部と、前記チェーンベルトを送り駆動する搬送モータと、を備える搬送機構を備え、
前記ホルダは、前記検体容器の底部を収容する保持部と、前記保持部の下に連続して配される首部と、前記首部の下に連続すると共に前記回転ローラの外面に当接する回転盤と、を同軸的に一体に備え、
前記一対のガイドレールの下側に前記回転盤が配され、前記一対のガイドレールの上側に前記保持部が配され、前記一対のガイドレールの間に形成されるスリットに前記首部が移動可能に支持され、
前記回転ローラは前記搬送パスの側部に配される、ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の検体処理装置。
