Description
Claims (15)
- 反射コリメータであって、LEDライトを収容するための、且つ前記LEDライトからの入射光が前記反射コリメータに入射できるようにするための第1のアパーチャと、出射光が前記反射コリメータを出られるようにするための第2のアパーチャと、前記第1のアパーチャから前記第2のアパーチャに延びる、且つ前記第1のアパーチャからの前記入射光を前記第2のアパーチャの方へ案内するための内側反射面を有する壁要素とを有する反射コリメータと、
前記入射光を屈折させるための、前記第1のアパーチャと前記第2のアパーチャとの間に、前記第1のアパーチャから離れて配置された第1の凸レンズと、
前記出射光をコリメートするように前記出射光を屈折させるための、前記第2のアパーチャに配置された第2の凸レンズと、
を含むLEDライト用のコリメート光学系。 - 前記第1及び前記第2の凸レンズは、フレネルレンズであり、それぞれは、複数のファセットを有する、請求項1に記載のコリメート光学系。
- 前記第1の凸レンズ及び前記第2の凸レンズにおける前記ファセットの数は異なる、請求項2に記載のコリメート光学系。
- 前記第1の凸レンズ及び/又は前記第2の凸レンズの前記ファセットの数は、3、4又は5である、請求項3に記載のコリメート光学系。
- 前記第2のアパーチャの少なくとも一部をカバーする表面プレートを更に含み、前記第2の凸レンズは、前記表面プレートに配置される、請求項1に記載のコリメート光学系。
- 前記第2の凸レンズは、前記表面プレートの凹部に配置される、請求項5に記載のコリメート光学系。
- 前記第2の凸レンズは、前記表面プレートの外面に配置される、請求項5に記載のコリメート光学系。
- 前記第1の凸レンズの光学軸及び前記第2の凸レンズの光学軸は、前記反射コリメータの光学軸と整列され、前記反射コリメータの光学軸は、前記第1のアパーチャから前記第2のアパーチャの方へ延びる、請求項1に記載のコリメート光学系。
- 前記壁要素は、前記第1のアパーチャを含む第1の部分及び前記第2のアパーチャを含む第2の部分を含み、前記壁要素の前記第1の部分は、前記入射光を前記第2の凸レンズから離れるように案内するために、前記第1の部分に入射する入射光を分散するように配置され、前記壁要素の前記第2の部分は、前記入射光をコリメートするように配置される、請求項1に記載のコリメート光学系。
- 少なくとも1つの請求項1に記載のコリメート光学系と、
前記少なくとも1つのコリメート光学系の1つにおける前記第1のアパーチャを通して光を放射するように配置された少なくとも1つのLEDと、
を含む照明器具。 - 前記少なくとも1つのLEDの各LEDは、対応するコリメート光学系を有し、各LEDは、自身の対応するコリメート光学系の前記第1のアパーチャを通して光を放射するように配置される、請求項10に記載の照明器具。
- 共通のコリメート光学系の前記第1のアパーチャを通して光を放射するように配置された少なくとも2つのLEDを含む、請求項10に記載の照明器具。
- 請求項1に記載のコリメート光学系のパラメータを決定する方法であって、
前記パラメータは、前記第1及び前記第2の凸レンズの形状に、且つ前記反射コリメータの前記壁要素の形状に関係付けられ、前記方法は、
前記コリメート光学系の理論モデルに基づいて、前記パラメータの開始値を決定することと、
前記決定された開始値を初期値として使用し、前記コリメート光学系の前記パラメータに関してメリット関数を最適化することであって、前記メリット関数が、所望の全幅半値FWHMに関係する第1の目的関数、ビーム角度、及び前記コリメート光学系からの光ビーム出力の中心における最大の光強度に関係する第2の目的関数を含むことと、
を含む方法。 - 前記メリット関数は、所望のビームプロファイルに関係する第3の目的関数を更に含む、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記壁要素の前記形状は、対応するベジェパラメータセットを有するベジェ曲線セットによってモデル化され、前記コリメート光学系の前記パラメータは、前記第1の凸レンズの曲率半径、前記第2の凸レンズの曲率半径、及び前記ベジェパラメータセットを含む請求項13に記載の方法。
