Claims (35)
- 患者の複数の組織部位を同時に治療するシステムにおいて、
複数の負圧ドレッシングと、
複数の多腔型負圧送達導管であって、各々が少なくとも1つの圧力サンプリング用管路と少なくとも1つの負圧供給用管路を含むような複数の多腔型負圧送達導管と、
マルチポート治療ユニットであって、
複数の患者側ポートであって、各々が、前記複数の多腔型負圧送達導管の1つおよび、その中の前記圧力サンプリング用管路の少なくとも1つと前記負圧供給用管路の1つに流体連結するように構成された複数の患者側ポートと、
前記複数の患者側ポートに流体連結された流体貯蔵部と、
複数の圧力センサであって、前記複数の患者側ポートに関連付けられて前記複数の圧力サンプリング用管路の各々に関連する圧力を測定する複数の圧力センサと、
前記複数の圧力センサに動作的に連結されて、前記複数の圧力センサからの治療圧力データを受信するコントローラであって、前記複数の圧力センサの各々に関する圧力をモニタして、前記圧力が事前に選択された範囲から出るとアラーム状態を信号で知らせるように構成されたマイクロプロセッサとメモリを含むコントローラと、
前記コントローラに動作的に連結された電源と、
負圧を受けるための供給側ポートであって、前記流体貯蔵部に流体連結された供給側ポートと、
前記コントローラに動作的に連結されて、前記コントローラがアラーム状態を信号で知らせた時にこれを表示するアラーム表示手段と、

前記供給側ポートに流体連結された負圧源と、

前記複数の負圧ドレッシングに流体連結され、流体を受け取り、少なくとも一時的に保存する流体保存装置と、
マルチポート治療ユニットであって、
コントローラと、
複数の患者側ポートであって、各々が前記複数の多腔型負圧送達導管の1つおよび、その中の前記圧力サンプリング用管路の少なくとも1つと前記負圧供給用管路の1つと流体連結するように構成された複数の患者側ポートと、
複数の負圧プレナムであって、各々が前記複数の患者側ポートの1つに関連付けられた複数の負圧プレナムと、

前記複数のプレナムの各々に流体連結されて、負圧を前記複数の負圧プレナムに供給する主真空源と、
前記複数の負圧プレナムの各々と前記主真空源の間に流体連結された第二の複数の制御バルブと、
を含み、
前記コントローラが、前記第一の複数の制御バルブを制御することによって前記複数の負圧プレナムから前記複数の患者側ポートに供給される前記負圧を調整し、前記第二の複数の制御バルブを使用して前記複数の負圧プレナムに供給される前記負圧を調整するように動作するようなマルチポート治療ユニットと、
を含むことを特徴とするシステム。 - 請求項7に記載のシステムにおいて、
前記コントローラが、
前記複数の負圧プレナムの各プレナムに関する前記プレナム圧力信号を受信し、プレナム圧力信号がプレナム閾値圧力より低ければ(圧力スケール上では高ければ)、前記第二の複数の制御バルブのうちの関連するバルブを少なくとも部分的に開いて、前記プレナム閾値より低いプレナム圧力信号に関連する前記プレナムに追加の負圧が送達されるようにし、
前記複数の治療圧力センサの各々に関する前記治療圧力信号を受信し、治療圧力信号が最低治療圧力閾値より低ければ(圧力スケール上では高ければ)、前記第一の集合の制御バルブのうちの関連するバルブを少なくとも部分的に開き、前記治療圧力信号が高い方の圧力信号閾値より高ければ、前記第一の複数の制御バルブのうちの関連するバルブを少なくとも部分的に閉じる
ように構成されていることを特徴とするシステム。 - 請求項7または請求項8に記載のシステムにおいて、
前記コントローラがさらに、前記複数の負圧プレナムのプレナムへの充填の優先順位を、そのプレナム圧力信号がしばらくの時間にわたってプレナム閾値より低いままであるプレナムが、前記複数の負圧プレナムの残りのプレナムの後でなければ充填されないように決定するように動作することを特徴とするシステム。 - 請求項7または請求項8乃至9の何れか1項に記載のシステムにおいて、

複数の負圧ドレッシングと、
複数の多腔型負圧送達導管であって、各々が少なくとも1つの圧力サンプリング用管路と少なくとも1つの負圧供給用管路を含むような複数の多腔型負圧送達導管と、
前記複数の負圧ドレッシングに流体連結され、そこから流体を受け取る流体保存装置と、
マルチポート治療ユニットであって、
複数の圧力ポートであって、各々が前記複数の多腔型負圧送達導管の前記圧力サンプリング用管路の少なくとも1つと流体連結するように構成された複数の圧力ポートと、
前記複数の多腔型負圧送達導管に関連付けられた前記複数の圧力サンプリング用管路に複数の送達導管によって流体連結される治療圧力センサと、
前記治療圧力センサと前記複数の圧力ポートに流体連結されて、前記複数の圧力ポートの各々から前記治療圧力センサへの流れを選択的に制御するバルブ手段と、
前記複数の負圧ドレッシングに流体連結された負圧源と、
前記治療圧力センサ、前記複数のバルブ、および前記負圧源に動作的に連結されたコントローラであって、前記複数の多腔型負圧送達導管に関連付けられた前記複数の圧力サンプリング用管路の各々の前記負圧をモニタし、それに応答して、前記負圧源により送達される前記負圧を制御するように構成されたコントローラと、

前記流体保存装置が、前記マルチポート治療ユニットに関連付けられた流体貯蔵部を含むことを特徴とするシステム。 - 請求項18に記載のシステムにおいて、
前記コントローラが、使用中の圧力ポートの数を判断し、前記数に関する総流量限度を探して、前記総流量限度を前記負圧源の実際の流量と比較し、前記実際の流量が前記総流量限度より大きければ、警報を作動するように動作できることを特徴とするシステム。 - 請求項18に記載のシステムにおいて、
前記コントローラが、前記負圧源を逐次的にオフにし、前記特定の負圧ドレッシングの圧力減衰パターンを測定することによってリークのある負圧ドレッシングを特定し、前記減衰パターンがその後、基準減衰パターンと比較され、設定されたマージンを超える差がある場合は警報を作動するように構成されことを特徴とするシステム。 - 請求項25に記載のシステムにおいて、
前記基準減衰パターンが、前記複数の負圧ドレッシングに関するメジアン減衰パターンであることを特徴とするシステム。 - 請求項18に記載のシステムにおいて、
前記コントローラが逐次的に、前記負圧源を初めてオフにし、その後前記負圧源を再起動させ、その間、前記特定の負圧ドレッシングの圧力上昇パターンを測定することによってリークのある負圧ドレッシングを特定し、前記上昇パターンがその後、基準上昇パターンと比較され、設定されたマージンを超える差がある場合は警報を作動するように構成されることを特徴とするシステム。 - 患者の複数の組織部位を同時に治療するシステムにおいて、
複数の負圧ドレッシングと、
複数の多腔負圧送達導管であって、各々が少なくとも1つの圧力サンプリング用管路と負圧供給用管路を含むような複数の多腔型負圧送達導管と、
前記複数の負圧ドレッシングに流体連結され、そこから流体を受け取る流体保存装置と、
マルチポート治療ユニットであって、
コントローラと、
複数の圧力ポートであって、各々が前記複数の多腔型負圧送達導管の前記圧力サンプリング用管路の少なくとも1つと流体連結するように構成された複数の圧力ポートと、
前記複数の圧力ポートに流体連結され、前記コントローラに動作的に連結された複数の治療圧力センサと、
前記複数の負圧ドレッシングに流体連結される負圧源と、
を含み、
前記コントローラが前記複数の治療圧力センサと前記負圧源に動作的に連結され、前記コントローラが、前記複数の多腔型負圧送達導管に関連付けられた前記圧力サンプリング用管路の各々の前記負圧をモニタし、これに応答して、前記負圧源により送達される前記負圧を制御するように構成されているようなマルチポート治療ユニットと、
を含むことを特徴とするシステム。 - 請求項28に記載のシステムにおいて、
前記流体保存装置が、前記複数の負圧ドレッシングの各々に関連付けられた複数の吸収材層を含むことを特徴とするシステム。 - 請求項28に記載のシステムにおいて、
