Claims (3)
- 固体高分子電解質膜の一方の面に、触媒層及びガス拡散層を有する第1電極が配設され、且つ前記固体高分子電解質膜の他方の面に、前記触媒層及び前記ガス拡散層を有する第2電極が配設される燃料電池用電解質膜・電極構造体の製造方法であって、
溶媒成分を除去し乾燥処理を施して前記触媒層を形成する工程と、
少なくとも一方の前記触媒層に、少なくともひび割れが発生した部分を覆って電解質成分とカーボンとを含むペーストを塗布する工程と、
前記固体高分子電解質膜の前記一方の面に、前記触媒層及び前記ガス拡散層を一体化するとともに、前記固体高分子電解質膜の前記他方の面に、前記触媒層及び前記ガス拡散層を一体化する工程と、
を有することを特徴とする燃料電池用電解質膜・電極構造体の製造方法。 - 固体高分子電解質膜の一方の面に、触媒層及びガス拡散層を有する第1電極が配設され、且つ前記固体高分子電解質膜の他方の面に、前記触媒層及び前記ガス拡散層を有する第2電極が配設される燃料電池用電解質膜・電極構造体の製造方法であって、
溶媒成分を除去し乾燥処理を施して前記触媒層を形成する工程と、
少なくとも前記固体高分子電解質膜の一方の面に、又は少なくとも一方の前記ガス拡散層に、電解質成分とカーボンとを含むペーストが塗布される工程と、
ひび割れが発生した前記触媒層に、少なくとも前記ひび割れ部分を覆って前記ペーストが配設することにより前記ひび割れ部分に前記ペーストを埋設し、前記固体高分子電解質膜の前記一方の面に、前記触媒層及び前記ガス拡散層を一体化するとともに、前記固体高分子電解質膜の前記他方の面に、前記触媒層及び前記ガス拡散層を一体化する工程と、
を有することを特徴とする燃料電池用電解質膜・電極構造体の製造方法。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の燃料電池用電解質膜・電極構造体の製造方法において、
前記ペースト及び前記触媒層中の前記電解質成分の合計と、前記ペースト及び前記触媒層中の前記カーボンの合計との重量比率(電解質/カーボン)は、0.1〜10の範囲に設定されることを特徴とする燃料電池用電解質膜・電極構造体の製造方法。
