- 熱交換器であって、
ハウジング(31)を備え、該ハウジング(31)はパイプ(32)に貫かれているとともにジャケット(33)を備え、該ジャケット(33)が該パイプ(32)を取り囲むことによって環状チャネル(34)が形成され、
一次側入口(35)と一次側出口(36)を備え、該一次側入口(35)と該一次側出口(36)とは、一次側媒体が前記環状チャネル(34)内を流通する経路である一次側流路(37)を介して互いに流体的に接続されるとともに、該一次側媒体が前記パイプ(32)内を流通する経路であるバイパス(38)を介しても互いに流体的に接続され、
前記一次側流路(37)と前記バイパス(38)のそれぞれを通る前記一次側媒体の流量を制御する制御手段(39)を備え、
二次側入口(42)と二次側出口(43)を備え、該二次側入口(42)と該二次側出口(43)とは二次側媒体が流通する経路である少なくとも2ルートの二次側流路(44)を介して互いに流体的に接続され、

ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の熱交換器。 - 前記少なくとも2本のコイル(45)は軸方向に互いに隣接する少なくとも2群のコイル群(55)に分かれており、各該コイル群(55)には前記コイル(45)それぞれの一部ずつが、おのおの複数のループ(49)からなるコイル部(56)として配されており、
各該コイル部(56)を成す該ループ(49)は一つの前記コイル群(55)内では同じ径方向位置に配される一方で、
同じ前記コイル(45)の該ループ(49)は異なる該コイル群(55)間で互いに異なる径方向位置に配さている
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の熱交換器。 - 前記コイル(45)の本数をn本としたときに、前記コイル群(55)は少なくともn群設けられ、前記ループ(49)の径方向位置としては互いに異なるn箇所が存在し、
前記コイル(45)それぞれについて、各前記コイル部(56)の前記ループ(49)が前記n箇所の径方向位置のそれぞれに少なくとも1回ずつ配される
ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の熱交換器。 - 前記コイル(45)それぞれについて、互いに隣接する前記コイル群(55)間に接続管(57)が設けられ、該接続管(57)によって、各前記コイル(45)のより径方向内側に配される前記コイル部(56)とより径方向外側に配される前記コイル部(56)とが流体的に接続される
ことを特徴とする請求項4または5に記載の熱交換器。 - 各前記コイル(45)は熱交換能力において互いに異なる
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の熱交換器。 - 各前記コイル(45)は流通可能断面積において互いに異なる
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の熱交換器。 - 各前記コイル(45)はそれが有する前記ループ(49)の数において互いに異なる
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の熱交換器。 - 各前記コイル(45)は、前記冷却フィン(47)の寸法、前記冷却フィン(47)の単位距離当たりの枚数、前記冷却フィン(47)の形状および前記冷却フィン(47)の材質のうちの一つ以上において互いに異なる
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の熱交換器。 - 各前記コイル(45)はその材質において互いに異なる
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の熱交換器。 - 全ての前記コイル(45)が径方向に積み重ねて配される

該燃焼室(7)から排気ガスを排出する排気系(10)と、
排気ガスを該排気系(10)から該外気系(8)へ再循環させる排気再循環系(12)と
を備えており、
廃熱利用系(4)を備え、該廃熱利用系(4)は
作動流体が循環する廃熱利用回路(23)と、
該作動流体を気化させる蒸発器(24)と、
該蒸発器(24)の下流に設けられ、該作動流体を膨張させる膨張機(25)と、
該膨張機(25)の下流に設けられ、該作動流体を凝縮させる凝縮器(26)と、
該凝縮器(26)の下流に設けられ、該作動流体を該廃熱利用回路(23)内で循環させる搬送機(27)と
を備えており、
請求項1ないし請求項12のいずれかに記載の熱交換器(5)を備え、
該熱交換器(5)の前記一次側流路(37)が該排気系(10)または該排気再循環系(12)に組み込まれていて、排気ガスまたは再循環される排気ガスが前記一次側媒体となり、
該熱交換器(5)の前記二次側流路(44)が該廃熱利用回路(23)に組み込まれていて、該作動流体が前記二次側媒体となる
ことを特徴とする装置。 - 装置であって、
内燃機関(3)を備え、該内燃機関(3)は
該内燃機関(3)の燃焼室(7)に外気を供給する外気系(8)と、
該燃焼室(7)から排気ガスを排出する排気系(10)と、
排気ガスを該排気系(10)から該外気系(8)へ再循環させる排気再循環系(12)と
を備えており、
冷却媒体が循環する冷却回路を備え、
請求項1ないし請求項12のいずれかに記載の熱交換器(5)を少なくとも1つ備え、
該熱交換器(5)の前記一次側流路(37)が該排気系(10)または該排気再循環系(12)に組み込まれていて、排気ガスまたは再循環される排気ガスが前記一次側媒体となり、
該熱交換器(5)の前記二次側流路(44)が該冷却回路に組み込まれていて、該冷却媒体が前記二次側媒体となる
ことを特徴とする装置。
