Claims (6)
- 金属箔が樹脂フィルムにはさまれた積層フィルム構造をそれぞれ有する2枚の外装用フィルムの間に発電要素をはさんで、前記2枚の外装用フィルムをその周囲の縁部分で重ね合わせて封止することで、当該縁部分を第1樹脂フィルム、第1金属箔、第2樹脂フィルム、第3樹脂フィルム、第2金属箔、第4樹脂フィルムの順で積層された構造にする段階と、
前記縁部分の第1面側から、前記第1面から遠い側にある前記第2金属箔に至るまで少なくとも1本の針を刺し、かつ前記縁部分の前記第1面に対向する第2面側から、前記第2面から遠い側にある前記第1金属箔に至るまで少なくとも1本の針を刺す段階と、
前記第1面側から刺した少なくとも1本の針および前記第2面側から刺した少なくとも1本の針の両方と、前記発電要素との間の導通状態を検査する段階と、
前記検査後、すべての前記針を抜く段階と、を有する電池の製造方法。 - 前記第1面側から刺す針は少なくとも2本であり、
前記第2面側から刺す針は少なくとも2本である請求項1に記載の電池の製造方法。 - 金属箔が樹脂フィルムにはさまれた積層フィルム構造をそれぞれ有する2枚の重ね合わされた外装用フィルムによってはさまれ、その周囲の縁部分で前記2枚の外装用フィルムが重ね合わされて封止されて、当該縁部分が第1樹脂フィルム、第1金属箔、第2樹脂フィルム、第3樹脂フィルム、第2金属箔、第4樹脂フィルムの順で積層された構造を有する電池における導通検査を行うための検査装置であって、
前記縁部分の第1面側から刺し込む少なくとも1本の針と、
前記縁部分の前記第1面に対向する第2面側から刺し込む少なくとも1本の針と、
前記第1面側から刺した前記針を前記第1面から遠い側にある前記第2金属箔に至るまで刺し込み、かつ刺し込んだ針を抜くために前記第1面側から刺した前記針を移動させる第1シリンダと、
前記第2面側から刺した前記針を前記第2面から遠い側にある前記第1金属箔に至るまで刺し込み、かつ刺し込んだ針を抜くために前記第2面側から刺した前記針を移動させる第2シリンダと、
前記電池の電極と前記少なくとも2本の前記針との導通状態を検査する検査手段と、
を有する導電性検査装置。 - 前記第2面側が接するように前記電池が載せられ、前記第1面から刺した前記針が前記縁部分を貫通後に接触しないようにするための孔と、前記第2面から刺す前記針が接触しないようにするための孔とを備えたステージと、
前記第2面から刺した前記針が前記縁部分を貫通後に接触しないようにするための孔を備え、前記ステージの方向へ前記縁部分を押さえ付ける押さえパッドと、
を有する請求項3に導電性検査装置。 - 前記第1面から刺す針は少なくとも2本であり、
前記第2面から刺す針は少なくとも2本である請求項3または4に記載の導電性検査装置。 - 前記ステージの一部は導電性を有し、前記導電性部分は前記電池の内部の発電要素と前記検査手段との間で電気的導通をとるための導通端子となることを特徴とする請求項3〜5のいずれか一つに記載の導電性検査装置。
