Description
以下、本発明に係る運動案内装置の実施形態について図面を参照しつつ説明する。なお、以下の実施形態は、各請求項に係る発明を限定するものではなく、また、実施形態の中で説明されている特徴の組み合わせの全てが発明の解決手段に必須であるとは限らない。
以上説明した第1の実施形態に係る運動案内装置1では、軌道部材の両側面に上下に2条ずつ合計4条の転動体転走面を形成した場合について説明を行った。次に説明する第2の実施形態に係る運動案内装置2は、第1の実施形態とは異なる形態を有する運動案内装置2の実施例について説明を行うものである。なお、上述した第1の実施形態の場合と同一又は類似する部材については、同一符号を付して説明を省略する。
Claims (7)
- 長手方向に沿って転動体転走面が形成された軌道部材と、
前記転動体転走面に対向する負荷転動体転走面が形成され、前記軌道部材との間に転動体を介して移動可能に組み付けられた移動部材と、
を備える運動案内装置において、
前記転動体転走面及び前記負荷転動体転走面の断面形状は、互いに対向する方向に向かって凸となる円弧状に形成され、
前記転動体は、前記転動体転走面及び前記負荷転動体転走面の断面形状に対応するように断面凹状に形成され、
前記転動体転走面及び前記負荷転動体転走面は、前記転動体を介してアンギュラコンタクト構造をなし、
前記転動体転走面は、第1の上側転動体転走面、第2の上側転動体転走面、第1の下側転動体転走面および第2の下側転動体転走面を備え、
前記第1および第2の上側転動体転走面のそれぞれの接触角線は、前記移動部材および前記移動部材の下方のいずれか一方に位置する第1の交差点で交わり、
前記第1および第2の下側転動体転走面のそれぞれの接触角線は、前記移動部材および前記移動部材の下方のいずれか他方に位置する第2の交差点で交わり、
前記第1の上側転動体転走面および前記第1の下側転動体転走面の接触角線が交わる第1の作用点と、前記第2の上側転動体転走面および前記第2の下側転動体転走面の接触角線が交わる第2の作用点が前記軌道部材の断面内部又は外部の一方に位置する4方向等加重となり、
前記第1の上側転動体転走面と第1の下側転動体転走面の間の距離は、第1の上側転動体転走面と前記第2の上側転動体転走面の距離よりも小さく、
前記転動体の転走面、前記転動体転走面及び前記負荷転動体転走面はそれぞれ単一の曲率で形成されたサーキュラアーク接触構造であり、
前記移動部材が、長手方向回りのモーメント荷重を受けて、前記転動体と前記移動部材が相対変位をしても、前記転動体は前記移動部材に追従する自動調整能力を有することを特徴とする運動案内装置。 - 請求項1に記載の運動案内装置において、
前記転動体転走面及び前記負荷転動体転走面は、前記軌道部材の短手方向に対して鉛直方向に延びる中心線を挟む一対条が複数形成され、
前記第1の交差点及び前記第2の交差点は前記中心線上で交わることを特徴とする運動案内装置。 - 請求項1または2に記載の運動案内装置において、
前記転動体転走面と前記負荷転動体転走面の溝適合度は、0.50または0.50を超え且つ0.55以下のサーキュラアーク接触構造であることを特徴とする運動案内装置。 - 請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の運動案内装置において、
前記移動部材は、前記転動体の軸方向の移動を規制する位置決め部を有さないことを特徴とする運動案内装置。 - 請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の運動案内装置において、
前記転動体は、少なくとも軸方向の一端部に周方向に沿って軸方向と平行に形成された平坦面を備えることを特徴とする運動案内装置。 - 請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の運動案内装置において、
前記転動体の転走面及び前記転動体転走面並びに前記負荷転動体転走面の断面形状は、単一の曲率で形成されていることを特徴とする運動案内装置。 - 請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の運動案内装置において、
前記転動体は、複列配置されていることを特徴とする運動案内装置。
