前記駆動装置は、前記スクリュを回転させる計量工程において、所定時間の間、前記スクリュの後退を禁止し、その後、前記スクリュの後退を許容し、
前記スクリュの設定背圧は、前記スクリュの後退の禁止を解除した後、時間の経過と共に低くなる。

Claims (3)
- 成形材料が供給されるシリンダと、
該シリンダ内に回転自在に且つ軸方向に進退自在に配設されるスクリュと、
該スクリュを駆動する駆動装置と、
前記スクリュの回転に同期して前記シリンダに材料を供給する材料供給装置とを備え、
前記駆動装置は、前記スクリュを回転させる計量工程において、所定時間の間、前記スクリュの後退を禁止し、その後、前記スクリュの後退を許容し、
前記スクリュの設定背圧は、前記スクリュの後退の禁止を解除した後、時間の経過と共に低くなる、射出成形機。 - 前記スクリュの設定背圧は、前記スクリュの後退の禁止時に、前記スクリュの後退の許容時よりも高く設定される、請求項1に記載の射出成形機。
- 成形材料が供給されるシリンダと、

前記スクリュの回転に同期して前記シリンダに材料を供給する材料供給装置とを備え、

前記スクリュの設定背圧は、前記スクリュの後退の禁止の解除時に不連続に低くなり、その後、時間の経過と共に連続的に低くなる、射出成形機。
