Claims (3)
- 수지가 투입되는 배럴, 상기 배럴의 내부에서 회전가능하게 설치되는 스크류, 스크류 헤드의 후방에 배치되어 용융된 수지의 역류를 방지하는 체크 링, 상기 스크류의 동작을 제어하는 제어기를 구비하는 사출성형기의 스크류 제어 방법으로서,
사출하고자 하는 수지량을 계량하고, 상기 계량된 수지량에 도달할 때까지 상기 수지를 연속적으로 상기 배럴에 투입하는 단계;
상기 스크류의 회전을 통해 상기 배럴에 투입되는 수지를 용융시키면서 계량을 완료하는 단계;
상기 수지의 계량 완료 후, 상기 스크류의 회전을 정지시키는 단계;
상기 회전이 정지된 스크류를 미리 설정된 거리만큼 후진시킨 후, 다시 미리 설정된 거리만큼 전진 시키는 단계; 및
상기 스크류를 전진시켜서 용융된 수지를 사출성형하는 단계를 포함하며,
상기 스크류의 회전 및 전후진 동작은 상기 제어기의 제어 신호에 따라 이루어지고,
상기 스크류의 미리 설정된 후진 이동 거리와 전진 이동 거리는 상기 체크 링의 동작 스크로크(L)에 따라 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 사출성형기의 스크류 제어 방법. - 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 체크 링의 스트로크 거리(L)에 대해 상기 스크류의 미리 설정된 후진 이동 거리는 최소 1L 이상이며, 상기 후진 이동 거리와 상기 전진 이동 거리의 차는 0.5L 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 사출성형기의 스크류 제어 방법.
