Claims (7)
- トランスミッションのトルクを断続可能に伝達する動力伝達装置であって、
第1の端と、前記第1の端と対向する第2の端と、前記第1の端と前記第2の端とを結ぶ第1の軸と、前記第1の軸と平行でない第2の軸と、を有し、前記第1の端において前記トランスミッションと結合可能なケーシングと、
前記ケーシングに支承され、前記トランスミッションにより駆動されて前記第1の軸の周りに回転可能な入力部材と、
前記入力部材と径方向にオーバーラップすることなく配置され、前記第2の端においてベアリングを介して前記ケーシングに回転可能に支承され、前記第1の軸の周りに回転可能な出力部材と、
前記第1の軸に沿う向きに前記出力部材に嵌合し、前記出力部材と一体に回転可能であって、前記トルクの伝達を遮断する第1の位置と、前記入力部材と係合して前記入力部材から前記出力部材へ前記トルクを伝達する第2の位置と、の間で前記第1の軸の方向に可動な断続部材と、
前記ベアリングより前記第1の端に向かって突出し、前記ベアリング以外の支承なしに前記出力部材と一体に回転するギヤ部と、
前記トルクを伝えるべく前記ギヤ部と噛み合う第2のギヤ部を備え、前記第2の軸の周りに回転可能な軸部材と、
を備えた、動力伝達装置。 - 請求項1に記載の動力伝達装置であって、
前記ベアリングおよび前記ギヤ部よりも前記第1の端により近い位置において前記断続部材に駆動的に係合したシフトフォークを備え、前記シフトフォークを介して前記断続部材を駆動するアクチュエータをさらに備えた動力伝達装置。 - 請求項1または2に記載の動力伝達装置であって、前記入力部材は第1のクラッチ歯を備え、前記断続部材は前記第1のクラッチ歯と係合する第2のクラッチ歯を備えた、動力伝達装置。
- 請求項3に記載の動力伝達装置であって、前記第1のクラッチ歯は前記入力部材の端面に形成され、前記第2のクラッチ歯は前記断続部材の対向する端面に形成されている、動力伝達装置。
- 請求項3に記載の動力伝達装置であって、前記第1のクラッチ歯および前記第2のクラッチ歯は、前記第1の軸に沿って延びたスプラインである、動力伝達装置。
- 請求項1乃至5の何れかに記載の動力伝達装置であって、
前記断続部材を前記第2の位置に向けて付勢するカムを備え、前記断続部材を前記出力部材と一体に回転させるべく構成された連結部をさらに備えた、動力伝達装置。 - 請求項1乃至6の何れかに記載の動力伝達装置であって、
前記断続部材を前記第2の位置に向けて付勢する付勢部材をさらに備えた、動力伝達装置。
