Description
Claims (6)
- 第1の軸の周りのトルクを第1の軸とは異なる向きの第2の軸へ切断可能に伝達するパワートランスファユニットであって、
前記第1の軸の周りに回転可能であって、前記第1の軸に沿って車軸の貫通を許容するべく寸法付けられた中空の入力軸と、
前記第1の軸の周りに前記入力軸から独立して回転可能な中間軸と、
前記中間軸と噛合して前記第2の軸の周りに回転可能な出力軸と、
前記入力軸と前記中間軸とを切断可能に駆動的に結合するクラッチと、
前記第1の軸の周りに回転するロータを備えたモータと、
前記ロータと結合して前記第1の軸周りに回転可能であって、前記第1の軸から偏心した偏心軸を備えた入力部材と、
前記第1の軸の周りに不動な固定部材と、
前記偏心軸に嵌合して偏心運動し、前記固定部材に噛合して前記偏心軸周りの回転運動を生じる、中間部材と、
前記第1の軸周りに回転可能であって、前記中間部材に係合して従動する出力部材と、
前記出力部材と前記クラッチとの間に介在し、前記出力部材の回転運動を前記第1の軸方向の運動に変換して前記クラッチを押圧するカム機構と、
ケーシングと、
前記ケーシングに脱着可能に固定され、少なくとも前記クラッチと前記カム機構とを支持するサブケーシングと、
前記クラッチと前記サブケーシングとの間に介在して前記カム機構によるスラスト力を受容するスラストベアリングと、
を備えたパワートランスファユニット。 - 請求項1のパワートランスファユニットであって、前記クラッチは、前記第1の軸の方向に移動可能であって前記入力軸に結合した第1のクラッチ部材と、前記中間軸に結合した第2のクラッチ部材とを備え、前記第1のクラッチ部材は前記カム機構に押圧されて前記第2のクラッチ部材に連結するべく前記カム機構に臨んでいる、パワートランスファユニット。
- 請求項2のパワートランスファユニットであって、前記第1のクラッチ部材は、前記第1の軸の方向に延びたキーを備え、前記キーは前記第1のクラッチ部材を前記入力軸に直接に結合する、パワートランスファユニット。
- 請求項1のパワートランスファユニットであって、前記固定部材は第1の歯数を有した内歯歯車を備え、前記中間部材は前記内歯歯車と噛合し前記第1の歯数より少ない第2の歯数を有する外歯歯車を備え、以って前記中間部材が前記固定部材に噛合する、パワートランスファユニット。
- 請求項1のパワートランスファユニットであって、前記カム機構は、
前記固定部材に結合し、または一体を成す、カムステータと、
前記出力部材に前記第1の軸方向に移動可能に係合して共に回転し、前記カムステータに押圧されて前記第1の軸方向に運動して前記クラッチを押圧するカムロータと、を備えたパワートランスファユニット。 - 請求項5のパワートランスファユニットであって、前記カムロータおよび前記カムステータとの何れかまたは両方はカム突起を備え、または、前記カムロータと前記カムステータとの間にカム部材が仲介し、以って前記カム機構は前記出力部材の前記回転運動を前記第1の軸方向の前記運動に変換する、パワートランスファユニット。
