Claims (3)
- ステントを製造する方法であって、
チューブ形状のステント基体の中空部にロッド状の芯金を挿入する挿入工程と、
前記芯金が挿入されたステント基体を、前記芯金とともに径を縮小させて全長を延伸させることにより該芯金に密着させる伸管工程と、
前記芯金が挿入された状態で延伸されたステント基体に対し、該ステント基体までに形成した水柱をレーザー光の導波路とするレーザーによって該ステント基体のスロット形成部を切断してスロットを形成することでステントを作成する切断工程と、
前記ステントから前記芯金を溶解除去する除去工程と
を含むことを特徴とするステントの製造方法。 - 前記除去工程により前記芯金を除去したステントを、350℃以下の熱処理を行いつつ所定の直径まで拡張する拡張処理工程を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のステントの製造方法。
- 前記チューブ形状のステント基体が、Ti−Ni合金、Co−Cr合金、ステンレス合金及びMg合金のいずれかであることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載のステントの製造方法。
