Description
特許文献1には、バックロックタイプのコネクタが記載されている。このコネクタでは、合成樹脂からなるカム部を金属からなるコンタクトの摺動を極力抑えた上で合成樹脂からなるインシュレータと摺動させている。これにより、アクチュエータを繰り返し回転操作したとしてもカム部の削れを極めて効果的に抑止でき、カム部の形状を保持することができる旨が記載されている。

Claims (7)
- 有効嵌合長の異なる2種類のコンタクトと、
前記コンタクトが収容されたハウジングと、
前記ハウジングの前方側に設けられるとともに当該ハウジングの下壁、上壁および側壁で画成され、平板状ケーブルを挿入可能な挿入口と、
前記ハウジングの後方側に設けられ、回動操作によりカム部が前記コンタクトを前記平板状ケーブルに圧接させて相互に導通接続させるレバーとを備え、
前記ハウジング内において、前記コンタクトの載置面と前記カム部の接触面の鉛直方向の高さ位置が略同じであることを特徴とするコネクタ。 - 前記コンタクトは、前記カム部により駆動される可動側アームと、前記ハウジングに固定された固定側アームとが連結されることにより略H状に形成され、
有効嵌合長の短い側のコンタクトの前記固定側アームは、前記可動側アームよりも短く形成され、且つ、前記カム部とともに前記可動側アームに対面して配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のコネクタ。 - 有効嵌合長の短い側のコンタクトの前記固定側アームにおける水平方向の端面と前記カム部とが対向していることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のコネクタ。
- 前記有効嵌合長の短い側に対応する前記カム部は、前記ハウジングの下壁を接触面にして回転することを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のコネクタ。
- 前記レバーが回動操作されると、前記有効嵌合長の短い側に対応する前記カム部により前記コンタクトに圧力が付加され、前記有効嵌合長の長い側に対応する前記カム部により前記レバーが抜止めされることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のコネクタ。
- 前記有効嵌合長の長い側に対応する前記カム部は、円柱状に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のコネクタ。
- 前記有効嵌合長の短い側は、端から数えて奇数番目のコンタクト側であり、
前記有効嵌合長の長い側は、端から数えて偶数番目のコンタクト側であることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のコネクタ。
