Description
オリゴマーは、アクリル化ポリエステル−ウレタン(BOMAR SPECIALITIES)であり、
モノマーは、トリメチルアクリレート(Petrochem)であり、
光開始剤は、ビス(2,4,6−トリメチルベンゾイル)フェニルホスフィンオキシド(IRGACURE 819(登録商標)−CIBA/BASF)であり、
アルミニウムは、(Algon 500(商標)−Toyal America)であり、
充填剤は、IRGANOX(商標)−IRGANOXであり、
顔料は、
(i)黒色塗料配合物では、カーボンブラックであり、
(ii)白色塗料配合物では、二酸化チタンであり、
(iii)銀色塗料配合物では、二酸化チタンおよびアルミニウム粉末であり、
分散剤は、BYKP−1045(BYK)であり、
光安定剤の(A)は、50% Tinuvin 400(商標)(CIBA)であり、(B)は、50% Tinuvin 292(CIBA)であり、
溶剤は、比率が20/10/10/15/3のメチルエチルケトン/メチルイソブチルケトン/酢酸ブチル/酢酸エチル/キシレンであった。
Claims (7)
- UV照射により車両の表面またはその一部に所望の外観の硬化塗料被膜をもたらすUV光活性化可能な硬化性塗料配合物であって、UV硬化性塗膜形成化合物と、UV光開始剤と、0.1%〜1.0%W/WのUV反射金属粒子と、顔料とを含み、前記UV反射金属粒子がアルミニウムまたはその合金である硬化性塗料配合物。
- 前記UV反射金属粒子が小板または球体の一般形態である、請求項1に記載の塗料配合物。
- 0.5%〜0.8%W/WのUV反射金属粒子を含む、請求項1または2に記載の塗料配合物。
- 硬化塗料被覆基材を製造する方法であって、(i)基材を請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の塗料配合物で被覆する段階、および(ii)前記塗料配合物にUV放射線を照射して硬化を実施し、前記硬化塗料被覆基材を製造する段階を含む方法。
- 照射段階が5〜25秒間実施される、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 照射段階が10〜20秒間実施される、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の塗料配合物に対するUV照射により製造される硬化被膜を有する被覆基材。
