Description
骨材としてアルミナ、アルミナジルコニア、金属としてAl、Al−Mg合金、Al−Si合金、カーボン質粉末原料としてカーボンブラック、ホウ素化合物としてB4C、有機結合剤としてフェノール樹脂を表1の割合で配合し、常温で約30分間混練した後、500t真空フリクションプレスを用いてプレート形状に成形したものを温度250〜1500℃で熱処理し、プレート耐火物を得た。
Claims (3)
- 耐火性無機材料と、融点が1000℃以下であるアルミニウム含有金属のうち少なくとも1種または2種以上を3〜15質量%、カーボン質粉末原料0.3〜2質量%を含有する耐火原料配合物に有機結合剤を添加し、成形後、100〜1000℃の温度で熱処理し、かつ、カーボン質量を上記カーボン質粉末量と有機結合剤の800℃焼成後の残炭量との和とした際、アルミニウム質量に対するカーボン質量が0.2〜0.45倍の範囲であるスライディングノズル用プレート耐火物。
- 酸化防止剤としてホウ素化合物を0.1〜5質量%含有する請求項1に記載のスライディングノズル用プレート耐火物。
- 有機結合剤2〜5質量%を添加して製造する請求項1または2に記載のスライディングノズル用プレート耐火物。
