Abstract
【解決手段】有機性廃棄物2を嫌気性微生物にて分解しメタン発酵させてメタンガス3を生成するメタン発酵システム1である。このメタン発酵システム1は、有機性廃棄物2を微細粉砕する湿式ビーズミル4を備える。また、メタン発酵システム1は、湿式ビーズミル4で微細粉砕した有機性廃棄物2を嫌気性微生物にて分解し、メタン発酵させてメタンガス3を生成するメタン発酵槽6を備える。有機性廃棄物2は、固形分の比率が10%以下になるように含水率を調整した状態で湿式ビーズミル4にて微細粉砕される。また、このように含水率を調整した有機性廃棄物2は、体積を基準にした累積分布における50%の粒径が20μm以下となるように微細粉砕される。

Claims (9)
- 有機物を湿式ビーズミルにて微細粉砕する粉砕工程と、
この粉砕工程で微細粉砕された有機物をメタン発酵槽に供給し嫌気性微生物で分解しメタン発酵させてメタンガスを生成するメタン発酵工程と、
このメタン発酵工程でメタン発酵した後の消化液をUF膜で濃縮液と透過液とに分離する分離工程と、
この分離工程で分離された前記濃縮液を前記メタン発酵槽へ返送する返送工程と、
返送工程での濃縮液の返送により生じる水流によって、前記メタン発酵槽の内容物を撹拌する撹拌工程と
を備えることを特徴とするメタン発酵方法。 - メタン発酵工程と、分離工程と、返送工程と、撹拌工程とを繰り返す
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載のメタン発酵方法。 - 粉砕工程では、体積を基準にした累積分布における50%の粒径が20μm以下となるように有機物を湿式ビーズミルにて微細粉砕する
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2記載のメタン発酵方法。 - 粉砕工程では、固形分の比率が10%以下になるように有機物の含水率を調整して湿式ビーズミルにて微細粉砕する
ことを特徴とする請求項1ないし3いずれか一記載のメタン発酵方法。 - 粉砕工程では、有機物を湿式ビーズミルにて1時間以上微細粉砕する
ことを特徴とする請求項1ないし4いずれか一記載のメタン発酵方法。 - 分離工程では、UF膜で分離された透過液をRO膜で分離する
ことを特徴とする請求項1ないし5いずれか一記載のメタン発酵方法。 - 有機物を嫌気性微生物にて分解しメタン発酵させてメタンガスを生成するメタン発酵システムであって、
有機物を微細粉砕する湿式ビーズミルと、
この湿式ビーズミルで微細粉砕された有機物を嫌気性微生物にて分解しメタン発酵させてメタンガスを生成するメタン発酵槽と、
このメタン発酵槽にてメタン発酵した後の消化液を濃縮液と透過液とに濃縮分離するUF膜分離装置と、
前記濃縮液をメタン発酵槽へ返送する返送手段とを備え、
この返送手段による濃縮液の返送によって前記メタン発酵槽の内容物が撹拌される
ことを特徴とするメタン発酵システム。 - 湿式ビーズミルは、体積を基準にした累積分布における50%の粒径が20μm以下となるように有機物を微細粉砕する
ことを特徴とする請求項7記載のメタン発酵システム。 - 透過液を分離するRO膜分離装置を備えた
ことを特徴とする請求項7または8記載のメタン発酵システム。
