- 質量%で、C:0.10〜0.35%、Si:0.40〜0.78%、Mn:0.10〜1.50%、Ni:0.07〜3.0%、P:0.030%以下、S:0.030%以下、Cr:0.50〜3.0%、Mo:0.02〜1.0%、Al:0.020〜0.059%、N:0.01〜0.03%を含有し、残部がFeおよび不可避不純物からなり、かつ該Alの質量%から該Nの質量%の27/14を減じた値で示される固溶Alが0.020%以上を満足し、芯部の不完全焼入れ組織を抑制したことを特徴とする耐ピッチング強度、耐曲げ疲労強度、耐ねじり疲労強度に優れた鋼。
- 請求項1の組成に加え、さらに質量%で、Nb:0.02〜0.20%、V:0.02〜0.20%の1種または2種を含有し、残部がFeおよび不可避不純物からなり、かつ請求項1のAlの質量%からNの質量%の27/14を減じた値で示される固溶Alが0.020%以上を満足し、芯部の不完全焼入れ組織を抑制したことを特徴とする耐ピッチング強度、耐曲げ疲労強度、耐ねじり疲労強度に優れた鋼。
