Description
製造実施例1:
12質量%のCeO2及び72%のZrO2、及び10質量%の酸化アルミニウム(Pural(登録商標)SB)及び6質量%のLa2O3の100gの混合物をニーダー(練り器)に挿入し、そして希釈した硝酸(4.1gの14質量%HNO3)で酸性化した。混合物を、適切であれば更に水を加えて成形した。そしてこれを押出して直径が1.5mmの押出成形物を形成し、200℃で4時間乾燥させ、そして500℃で2時間か焼した。
替わりの製造では、CeO2/ZrO2/La2O3粉(80質量%のZrO2、13質量%のCeO2、7質量%のLa2O3)を1289.3gの量で、183.65gのAl2O3(Pural(登録商標)SB)と一緒に、最初にニーダーに挿入した。次に希釈硝酸と水を、26.6gの(12.9質量%)白金硝酸塩溶液として加えた。合計で59.5gの65%HNO3を加えた。加えた水の合計量は、530mlであった。練りを10分間行い、そして十分な量の水を(プラスチック材料を形成するように)加えた。このプラスチック材料を、先行する80分の練り時間の後、85〜95バールの圧力で押出加圧して、直径が1.5mmの押出成形物を成形した。
通常の手順:
実験のために、直径が32mmの加熱した管状反応器を使用した。
Claims (5)
- エタノールと蒸気を、所定の触媒を使用して、300〜550℃の温度で変換させることを含み、
前記触媒は、所定の担体上に白金を含み、
前記触媒は、該触媒の合計質量に対して0.01〜10質量%のランタン酸化物でドープされており、及び
前記触媒は、該触媒の合計質量に対して3〜20質量%の、Al2O3を更に含むことができ、及び
前記所定の担体には、ZrO2及びCeO2の混合物が含まれるが、特定の混合酸化物又は酸化還元混合酸化物が存在せず、及び
CeO2のZrO2に対する質量割合が1:3〜1:6である、
ことを特徴とするプレリフォーマー中でエタノールをC1単位に開裂する方法。 - ZrO2及びCeO2が、混合粉又は共沈殿の状態で使用されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- プレリフォーマー中の蒸気の炭素原子に対するモルS/C比が、1.8〜5.0の範囲であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2の何れかに記載の方法。
- 白金の量が、触媒全体に対して、0.1〜5質量%であり、及びCeO2のZrO2に対する質量割合が1:3〜1:6であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 白金の量が、触媒の合計質量に対して0.1〜0.5質量%であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載の方法。
