Claims (6)
- 回転軸(A)を有する切削工具(20)であって:
カッター本体(24)の固定用貫通穴(54)内にねじ的に受容される固定ねじ(56)によって切削挿入物ポケット(26)内に解放可能に保持される少なくとも1つの切削挿入物(28)を有するカッター本体(24)と;
カッター本体(24)の調節穴(36)と;
調節穴(36)内にねじ的に受容される調節ねじ(38)であって、ねじ回転軸(B)を有しおよびねじヘッド(40)を含む調節ねじ(38)と;
スライダーポケット(74)内に保持されるスライダー(72)であって、対向する上面および底面(80、82)を含み、スライダー(72)の前面(86)で切削挿入物(28)と、およびスライダー(72)の後面(90)で調節ねじ(38)のねじヘッド(40)と連絡するスライダー(72)と;を含み、
調節ねじ(38)は、スライダー(72)の上面または底面(80、82)に平行な平面内において、回転軸(A)に関して非ゼロ角度(α)で傾斜しており、ここで:
ねじ回転軸(B)の周囲の1つの向きに調節ねじ(38)をねじ回転させると、調節ねじ(38)のねじヘッド(40)が、スライダー(72)および切削挿入物(28)を、調節ねじ(38)から離れおよびねじ回転軸(B)を横断する方向に促すこととなり、切削挿入物(28)の位置を第1方向に調節することとなり;および
調節ねじ(38)をねじ回転軸(B)の周囲の反対の向きにねじ回転させると、固定ねじ(56)が、スライダー(72)および切削挿入物(28)を、調節ねじ(38)に向かいおよびねじ回転軸(B)を横断する方向に促すこととなり、切削挿入物(28)の位置を第1方向と反対の方向に調節することとなり、
スライダー(72)は、対向する上面および底面(80、82)とそれらの間に延びる周囲側面(84)とを含み;
周囲側面(84)は、「V」形状の凹部の形態を有する前面(86)、側面(88)、および窪んだ後面(90)を含み、および
スライダーの前面(86)は、「V」形状の凹部の反対側に位置付けられた少なくとも2つの明確な支持セクション(92、94)が備えられていることを特徴とする切削工具(20)。 - 切削挿入物(28)は、複数の当接面(108)を有する周囲側面(34)を有し、
スライダー(72)の周囲側面(84)は、スライダーの前面(86)に提供された少なくとも2つの明確な支持セクション(92、94)を含み、支持セクション(92、94)は、当接面(108)と当接し、
ここで、2つの当接面(108)のみが、支持セクション(92、94)との当接に作用する当接面(108)であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の切削工具(20)。 - スライダー(72)の底面(82)は、少なくとも2つの当接セクション(98、100)を含み、
スライダーポケット(74)は上面および底面(76、78)を含み、
スライダーポケット(74)の底面(78)は2つの当接面(102)を有し、
スライダーの底面(82)の当接セクション(98、100)は、スライダーポケットの底面(78)の当接面(102)と当接することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の切削工具(20)。 - 固定ねじ(56)は、スライダー(72)の側面(88)に平行な平面において、挿入物ポケット(26)のベース(53)に垂直な線(E)に関して、角度(β)で傾斜していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の切削工具(20)。
- スライダー(72)は、スライダーポケット(74)と調節穴(36)との間の連絡領域(79)を通って調節ねじ(38)と連絡していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の切削工具(20)。
- ねじ回転軸(B)の周囲の1つの向きに調節ねじ(38)をねじ回転させると、固定ねじ(56)における弾性力が増大され、該弾性力は調節ねじ(38)に向かう方向に作用し;および
ねじ回転軸(B)の周囲の反対の向きに調節ねじ(38)をねじ回転させると、固定ねじ(56)において増大された弾性力が解放されることとなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の切削工具(20)。
