도 1은 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 절삭 공구의 사시도이다.
도 2는 하나의 카트리지 및 관련 조정 기구를 도시하는 도 1의 절삭 공구의 분해도이다.
도 3은 도 1의 절삭 공구의 부분 저면도이다.
도 4는 도 3의 선 IV-IV를 따라 취한 절삭 인서트의 단면도이다.
도 5는 조정 기구를 도시하는 본 발명의 부분 절결도이다.
도 6은 도 3의 선 VI-VI를 따라 취한 절삭 인서트의 단면도이다.
도 7은 도 4에 도시된 것과 유사한 본 발명의 다른 실시예의 단면도이다.

Claims (13)
- 절삭 공구(10)이며,
카트리지(18)가 해제 가능하게 보유되는 하나 이상의 카트리지 포켓(14)을 갖는 커터 본체(12)와,
나사 회전 축(B)을 가지며, 환형 리세스(60) 및 나사가공 부분(68)을 포함하는 조정 나사(54)와,
카트리지(18)로부터 돌출하는 돌기(72)를 포함하고,
돌기(72)는 환형 리세스(60) 내에 꼭 맞게 끼워짐으로써 조정 나사(54)를 카트리지(18)에 결합시키고, 조정 나사(54)는 커터 본체(12)와 나사결합식으로 연통하며, 이것에 의해 조정 나사(54)가 나사 회전 축(B)을 중심으로 대향 방향으로 나사 회전하면 나사 회전 축(B)의 방향에서 카트리지(18)의 양방향 위치 조정이 이루어지고,
카트리지 포켓(14)은 기저 표면(26), 제1 측면 표면(28) 및 제2 측면 표면(30)을 포함하고, 제1 측면 표면(28)과 제2 측면 표면(30)은 서로에 대해 그리고 기저 표면(26)에 대해 횡방향으로 배향되고, 기저 표면(26)과 제2 측면 표면(30)에 의해 경계가 형성되는 홈(36)이 카트리지 포켓(14)을 향해 개방되고, 조정 나사(54)가 적어도 부분적으로 홈(36) 내에 위치하고,
기저 표면(26)에는 고정 너트 포켓(34)과 연통하는 카트리지 포켓 관통 보어(32)가 제공되고, 카트리지(18)는 카트리지 관통 보어(42)를 가지며, 카트리지 관통 보어(42) 내에 위치하고 고정 너트 포켓(34) 내에 위치한 고정 너트(48)의 너트 나사가공 보어(46) 내에 나사결합식으로 수용되는 카트리지 부싱(44)에 의해 카트리지 포켓(14)에 고정되고,
절삭 인서트(40)는 절삭 인서트 포켓(38) 내에 보유되고, 절삭 인서트 관통 보어(52) 내에 위치하고 카트리지 부싱(44) 내에 나사결합식으로 수용되는 고정 나사(50)에 의해 절삭 인서트 포켓에 고정되는
절삭 공구. - 제1항에 있어서, 카트리지 포켓(14)의 기저 표면(26)은 카트리지(18)의 하부 표면(74)에 접하고, 고정 너트(48)의 상부 표면(76)은 고정 너트 포켓(34)의 상부 내측 표면(78)에 접하는
절삭 공구. - 제2항에 있어서, 절삭 공구(10)는 회전 축(A)을 갖고, 고정 너트 포켓(34)의 상부 내측 표면(78)이 반경방향 내측을 향하며, 고정 너트(48)의 상부 표면(76)이 반경방향 외측을 향하는
절삭 공구. - 제2항에 있어서, 기저 표면(26)이 반경방향 외측을 향하고, 제1 측면 표면(28)이 축방향을 향하며, 홈(36)이 축방향을 향하는
