Description
図1に示す難燃性複合フィルムを構築し、Underwriter’s Laboratories Test No.UL94に従った難燃性のテストを行った。複合フィルムの厚さは36μmであった。
Claims (10)
- 第1および第3のフィルム層が第2のフィルム層を挟むように配置される厚さ1〜2milの複合フィルムであって、複合フィルムは共押出され二軸延伸されており、第1、第2及び第3のフィルム層がポリエチレンテレフタレートから成り、第1及び第3のフィルム層は第1の難燃剤を含有し、第2のフィルム層は第2の難燃剤を含有し、第1の難燃剤および第2の難燃剤がそれぞれポリエチレンテレフタレートポリマーに化学結合しており、第1の難燃剤がビス(2−ヒドロキシエチル)[(6−オキシド−6H−ジベンゾ−[c,e][1,2]オキサフォスフォリン−6−イル)メチル]ブタンジカルボキシレートから成り、第2の難燃剤がリン化合物系エステルから成り、第2のフィルム層の重量が複合フィルムの重量の60〜80重量%であり、UL−94試験法に従った評価がVTM−0である難燃性複合フィルム。
- 第1の難燃剤および第2の難燃剤がポリエチレンテレフタレートポリマーの主鎖に取り込まれている請求項1に記載の難燃性複合フィルム。
- 第1のフィルム層、第2のフィルム層および第3のフィルム層に含有されているリン化合物の含有量が5000〜20000ppmである請求項1又は2に記載の難燃性複合フィルム。
- 第1のフィルム層の重量が複合フィルムの重量の10〜20重量%であり、第3のフィルム層の重量が複合フィルムの重量の10〜20重量%である請求項1〜3の何れかに記載の難燃性複合フィルム。
- 第1のフィルム層が、層を着色するフィラーを含有する請求項1〜4の何れかに記載の難燃性複合フィルム。
- 更に、第1のフィルム層に接着しているメタル化層を有する請求項1〜5の何れかに記載の難燃性複合フィルム。
- フィルム層を形成するためのポリエチレンテレフタレートポリマーの固有粘度IVが0.6〜0.68である請求項請求項1〜6の何れかに記載の難燃性複合フィルム。
- 請求項1〜7の何れかに記載の難燃性複合フィルムを2枚接着した積層体。
- 積層体が第1の外層表面および第2の反対側外層表面を含み、第1の外層表面がメタル化層である請求項8に記載の積層体。
- 請求項8に記載の積層体から成る窓用ブラインド又は日よけ。
