Abstract
【解決手段】密閉構造の筐体10内に収容されているLED光源2がヒートパイプ40を介してヒートシンク20と熱的に接続されるように構成された車両用ヘッドライト1のデフロスト構造において、ヒートシンク20は筐体10の後方壁部を形成するベース板21から前方へ向けて突出するとともに上下方向に延びる板状に形成された複数のフィン22を有し、筐体10の天井部11b付近には、フィン22によって温められた空気をアウターレンズ12の内表面12a側へ通気可能にさせる気体流路Xが設けられ、フィン22における上方部分22aの前方端22cが気体流路付近に配置されるように構成されている。

Claims (6)
- 密閉構造に形成された筐体内に収容されているLED光源がヒートパイプを介して前記筐体の壁部を形成するヒートシンクと熱的に接続されるように構成された車両用ヘッドライトのデフロスト構造において、
前記ヒートシンクは、
前記筐体内に設けられた反射部材の背面と対向するように前記筐体の後方部分に設けられて前記壁部を形成するベース板と、
上下方向に延びる板状に形成され、前記ベース板から前方へ向けて突出するとともに、前記筐体の内部に配置された複数の放熱部材とを有し、
前記反射部材は、下方部分から上端に向けて前記LED光源の後方から前方へ延びる湾曲状に形成され、
前記反射部材の上端と前記筐体の天井部との間には、前記放熱部材によって温められた空気を前記筐体の前方部分に設けられたアウターレンズの内表面へ通気可能にさせる気体流路が設けられ、
前記放熱部材は、前方端が前記反射部材の背面に沿った形状に形成され、かつ上方部分の前方端が前記気体流路付近に配置され、
前記放熱部材の表面積は、前記上方部分が下方部分よりも大きい
ことを特徴とする車両用ヘッドライトのデフロスト構造。 - 前記放熱部材は、上下方向長さが前後方向長さよりも長く、かつ前後方向長さは、前記上方部分が下方部分よりも長いことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用ヘッドライトのデフロスト構造。
- 前記ヒートパイプは、前記ヒートシンクの前記放熱部材に取り付けられていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の車両用ヘッドライトのデフロスト構造。
- 前記ベース板は、前面が前記筐体の内壁面を形成し、かつ後面が前記筐体の外壁面を形成し、
前記放熱部材は、前記前面から突出するように構成され、
前記ヒートパイプは、前記ヒートシンクの前記ベース板に取り付けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用ヘッドライトのデフロスト構造。 - 前記ヒートシンクは、前記ベース板から後方へ向けて突出するとともに前記筐体の外部に配置された複数の外側放熱部材をさらに有することを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の車両用ヘッドライトのデフロスト構造。
- 前記外側放熱部材は、上下方向に延びる板状に形成され、上下方向長さが前後方向長さよりも長く、かつ前後方向長さは、上方部分が下方部分よりも長いことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の車両用ヘッドライトのデフロスト構造。
