Description
また、特許文献1の脱臭フィルタの製造は、1枚のフィルタの中で、径の異なる通風孔を形成する必要があるので、このフィルタの製造には複数の針状突起を有した金型を必要とした。しかしながら、この金型は特殊な型であり、決して安価なものではなかった。

Claims (3)
- プリーツ加工された濾材で構成されたメインフィルタと、プリーツ加工された濾材で構成され且つ面積が前記メインフィルタの面積の50〜80%の範囲内であるサブフィルタとを備え、
前記サブフィルタは、前記メインフィルタの前面側中央部に前記メインフィルタと重ねて配置され、濾材の目付量が前記メインフィルタより大きいことを特徴とする空気清浄機用フィルタ。 - プリーツ加工された濾材で構成されたメインフィルタと、プリーツ加工され且つ面積が前記メインフィルタの面積の50〜80%の範囲内であるサブフィルタとを備え、
前記サブフィルタは、前記メインフィルタの前面側中央部に前記メインフィルタと重ねて配置され、
前記サブフィルタに形成されたプリーツのピッチは、前記メインフィルタのプリーツのピッチより小さいことを特徴とする空気清浄機用フィルタ。 - プリーツ加工された濾材で構成されたメインフィルタと、プリーツ加工され且つ面積が前記メインフィルタの面積の50〜80%の範囲内であるサブフィルタとを備え、
前記サブフィルタは、前記メインフィルタの前面側中央部に前記メインフィルタに重ねて配置され、断面形状の中央部を厚く、両端部を薄くした円弧状をしていることを特徴とする空気清浄機用フィルタ。
