Description
도 2는, 주름형 평탄 필터들의 주름 첨단들이 포개어 로케이팅되고, 그에 따라 관통-통로들이 반대 측면들 상에 형성되는 유동 채널들을 형성하는 서로 반대로 로케이팅된 2개의 주름형 평탄 필터들을 도시한다.
Claims (8)
- 관성 분리기의 형태로 구성되는, 즉, 유동 매체의 편향에 의해 입자들을 분리시키는 수단(2, 2')을 갖는 필터 엘리먼트(1, 1')로서,
상기 수단(2, 2')은 부직포(nonwoven fabric)를 포함하거나 갖는 것을 특징으로하는, 필터 엘리먼트. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 수단(2, 2')은, 부직포로 생성되거나 부직포를 갖는 주름형(pleated) 벽들(3, 3')의 형태로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 필터 엘리먼트. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 필터 엘리먼트(1)는 복수의 V-형상(V-shaped) 또는 박공형-지붕-어레인지먼트(gabled-roof-arrangement) 주름형-벽 쌍들(4)을 가지고,
각각의 케이스에서, 적어도 하나의 유동 채널(5)이 상기 주름형-벽 쌍들 사이에 형성되도록, 2개의 주름형-벽 쌍들(4)은 서로 반대(opposite)로 이격되고 서로에 관하여 오프셋(offset)되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 필터 엘리먼트. - 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 주름형-벽 쌍들(4)은 각각의 케이스에서 2개의 평면들을 정의하고,
상기 평면들은 서로로부터 이격되며 상기 평면들에서의 주름형-벽 쌍들(4) 사이에 유사한 이격이 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 필터 엘리먼트. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 필터 엘리먼트(1')는 2개의 평탄(flat) 필터들(6')을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 필터 엘리먼트. - 제 5 항에 있어서,
상기 평탄 필터들(6')의 주름 첨단(tip)들이 포개어(one upon the other) 로케이팅됨에 따라 각각의 케이스에서 4개의 주름형 벽들(3')이 유동 채널(5')을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 필터 엘리먼트. - 제 6 항에 있어서,
2개의 관통-통로들(7'a, 7'b)이 적어도 하나의 유동 채널(5')에 형성되고,
제 1 관통-통로(7'a)는 유동 채널(5') 내로의 입구(entry) 개구부(opening)의 형태로 설계되며, 제 2 관통-통로(7'b)는 상기 유동 채널(5')로부터의 출구(exit) 개구부의 형태로 설계되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 필터 엘리먼트. - 제 7 항에 있어서,
상기 관통-통로들(7'a, 7'b)은, 매체가 유동 채널(5')로부터 퇴장하는 경우 유동 매체의 유동 방향이 편향되도록 서로에 관해 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 필터 엘리먼트.
