Claims (11)
상기 멤브레인을 지지하도록 상기 멤브레인의 적어도 일면에 형성되는 지지체; 및
정전력에 의한 먼지의 흡착 또는 분리를 위해 상기 멤브레인을 대전시키도록 이루어지는 대전장치를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하고,
상기 지지체는 상기 멤브레인의 후면에 배치되는 고분자 필름을 더 포함하고,
상기 고분자 필름은 상기 멤브레인을 통과한 유체를 통과시키도록 상기 멤브레인의 기공보다 큰 평균 크기의 기공을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하고,
상기 대전장치는 유체의 여과 시 상기 멤브레인을 상기 먼지의 반대 극성으로 대전시키고, 상기 멤브레인의 세정 시 상기 멤브레인을 상기 먼지와 같은 극성으로 대전시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 여과 장치.
상기 멤브레인은 그래핀 소재로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 여과 장치.
상기 멤브레인은 금속 소재로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 여과 장치.
상기 멤브레인의 평균 기공 크기는 0.01~10㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 여과 장치.
상기 멤브레인의 기공도는 10~50%인 것을 특징으로 하는 여과 장치.
상기 지지체는 상기 멤브레인의 표면을 보호하도록 상기 멤브레인의 전면에 접합되는 부직포를 포함하고,
상기 부직포는 고분자 섬유 또는 유리 섬유의 적층에 의해 형성되며, 프리 필터로 동작하도록 상기 멤브레인의 기공보다 큰 평균 크기의 기공을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 여과 장치.
상기 여과 장치는 상기 대전장치에 의해 상기 멤브레인이 먼지와 같은 극성으로 대전되었을 때, 상기 멤브레인을 통과하는 유체의 유동 방향과 교차하는 방향으로 바람을 일으키는 송풍장치를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 여과 장치.
