Description
1.製鋼スラグの施工厚みに関する試験
粒度40mm以下の連続粒度の路盤材相当粒度に破砕して粒度調整した製鋼スラグを用いて製鋼スラグの施工厚みの試験を、表1に示すように、実施した。この場合、試験場所として、水の供給があり、土壌が常時湿潤状態にあることで、季節を問わず雑草が繁茂している場所を選定した。試験方法は、雑草の地上部を除去した後、木製の型枠を設置し、型枠内に連続粒度で0〜40mmの製鋼スラグを敷設した。施工開始時期は9月とした。なお、施工後の3〜6月は冬期であり植生の発育は遅い。製鋼スラグの施工厚みは0mm(施工なし)、50mm、100mm、150mmとした。
上記の1.製鋼スラグの施工厚みに関する試験と同様に、雑草の地上部を除去した後、木製の型枠を設置し、型枠内に連続粒度で0〜40mmの製鋼スラグを100mmの厚みで敷設すると共に、型枠内に連続粒度で0〜40mmの天然砕石を100mmの厚みで敷設し、製鋼スラグの材質に関する試験を、表2に示すように、実施した。施工開始時期は9月とした。
上製鋼スラグの粒度に関する試験を連続粒度の0〜40mmと、砂状粒度の0〜2.5mmと、単粒度の5〜13mmとで、製鋼スラグの粒度に関する試験を型枠を使用して表3に示すように実施し、施工開始後の3ヶ月及び6ヶ月後の植生数をそれぞれ確認した。
Claims (1)
- 防草対象となる区画に植生する雑草を根より除去した後に、最大粒度が40mmの連続粒度となるように粒度調整した大きさの製鋼スラグからなる防草材料を、40mm超の粒度の土壌が露出しない100mm以上の厚さとして土壌面に敷設することを特徴とする製鋼スラグからなる防草材料の施工方法。
