Description
国際調査報告において引用された国際特許出願第2004/090059号は、フィルムの外面に低温封孔接着コーティングを有する、複数層の透明な二軸配向ポリプロピレン(BOPP)包装フィルムを論じている。
国際調査報告において引用された欧州特許出願第0406642号も、フィルムの力学的強度を向上させるために、天然樹脂および合成樹脂をさらに含む二軸配向ポリプロピレン(BOPP)フィルムを記載している。
環状オレフィン共重合体は、公知である従来のポリプロピレンまたはポリエチレンと比較した場合、新しい種類の重合体を表している非晶質の重合体である。
本発明は、特に上記の応用において非常に重要な利点を提供することができる上記の材料に基づいて製造される、熱収縮性バッテリラベルまたは局所的熱収縮性バッテリラベルを提案する。

複数層フィルムは、3つの層を含む。第1層8は、高濃度のCOCおよびLLDPEを含む。第1層のプラスチック材料の組成は、60〜99重量%のCOCおよび1〜40重量%のLLDPEを含んでもよい。第2層9は、LLDPEおよび随意的に少量のCOCを含む。第2層のプラスチック材料の組成は、1〜40重量%のCOCおよび60〜99重量%のLLDPEを含んでもよい。しかしながら、COCがまったく存在しないことも可能である。第3層10は、高濃度のCOCおよびLLDPEを含む。第3層10におけるCOCおよびLLDPEの量は、第1層8における量と同一であってもよい。フィルムは、一軸配向または二軸配向であってよい。

Claims (4)
- バッテリラベル(2)であって、前面および後面を有する熱収縮性表面フィルム(5)と、前記表面フィルム(5)の前記後面の、ラベルをバッテリの外周に貼り付ける接着層(6)とを含むバッテリラベル(2)において、
前記表面フィルム(5)は、3つの層を含む一軸配向の複数層フィルムであり、
前記表面フィルムの第1層および第3層は、60〜99重量%の環状オレフィン共重合体と、1〜40重量%の直鎖状低密度ポリエチレンとからなり、かつ前記表面フィルムの第1層と第3層との間の第2層は、1〜40重量%の環状オレフィン共重合体と、60〜99重量%の直鎖状低密度ポリエチレンとからなることを特徴とするバッテリラベル。 - 前記接着層は、感圧接着剤を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリラベル。
- 外周を有する本体と、該本体の前記外周に巻着される、請求項1または2に記載のバッテリラベルとを含むことを特徴とするバッテリ。
- 3つの層を含む表面フィルムの熱収縮性バッテリラベルとしての使用であって、
前記表面フィルムの第1層および第3層は、60〜99重量%の環状オレフィン共重合体と、1〜40重量%の直鎖状低密度ポリエチレンとからなり、かつ前記表面フィルムの第1層と第3層との間の第2層は、1〜40重量%の環状オレフィン共重合体と、60〜99重量%の直鎖状低密度ポリエチレンとからなることを特徴とする使用。
