Claims (9)
- 円環状を成し、当該円環状の外周部分のヨークと、このヨークから径方向に独立して延びる複数のティースと、これらティース間のスロットとを有する電機子と、この電機子の内周側に所定の空隙を介して配設された回転子とを有する分布巻きの回転電機において、
前記電機子の反作用磁束が、前記回転子の側よりも前記電機子の隣接するティースの側に流れやすく、また、前記回転子の磁極の主磁束が、前記隣接するティースの側よりも前記電機子のヨークの側に流れやすい磁気抵抗を有することを特徴とする回転電機。 - 前記回転子の前記電機子に対向する周面の一部に永久磁石が露出した磁極を備えると共に、前記電機子のティースの前記回転子側の先端部に周方向両側に突出した鍔部を更に備え、
前記鍔部の半径方向の厚みが前記空隙の距離の2倍以上であり、隣接する鍔部間の間隔が前記空隙の距離以下であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の回転電機。 - 前記ティースの最も細い部分の寸法よりも、当該鍔部の半径方向の厚みが大きいことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の回転電機。
- 前記鍔部における隣接する鍔部同士の間隔は、前記電機子の鉄心を積層構成する電磁鋼板の板厚よりも大きいことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の回転電機。
- 前記ティースの鍔部の総数gは、前記電機子に巻回される電機子巻線の相数をm(mは3以上の整数)、前記回転子の磁極数を2p(pは自然数)個、1極1相当りのティース数をn(nは自然数)とすると、g=2p×m×n×2であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の回転電機。
- 前記ティースは、前記ヨークの側が広く前記鍔部の側が狭い台形状を成すことを特徴とする請求項3記載の回転電機。
- 前記永久磁石は希土類磁石であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の回転電機。
- 前記電機子に装着される電機子巻線は、当該電機子の複数のスロットの内、所定の2スロットに挿入され、この挿入側の反対側から突き出た所定の突出端同士が接合されるU字状のセグメント導体であり、このセグメント導体は前記2p×m×n×k(kは自然数)個備えられることを特徴とする請求項5記載の回転電機。
- 前記セグメント導体は平角断面であることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の回転電機。
