複数の重ね合わされたプライから構成される3次元(3D)または2.5次元(2.5D)の布地から始めて、次いで連結部においてこれらプライを連結解除して2つのシートに分離できるようにしてもよい。

複数の重ね合わされたプライからなるスタックを備えたプリフォーム(49;59;69;79;99)を成形し、ここで、前記プライは、構造部を形成するようになる前記プリフォームの少なくとも一部分にわたって互いに固定されるとともに、チューブに連結するための連結部を形成するようになる前記プリフォームの、少なくとも前記構造部とは異なる部分にわたって、2つの対面するシート(44;54;64;68;74;94)を形成するように分離可能になっており、

チューブ(30)を前記連結部の前記シートの間に挿入して、前記チューブが前記シートによって少なくとも部分的に包囲されるようにするとともに、

- 一方の前記ブランクが他方の前記ブランクよりも長く、前記ブランクの端部が一緒に縫合されていて、残された2つのシート(64,68;104,105)から離間するようになっていて、これら残されたシート(64,68;104,105)のうちの一方が他方よりも長くなっている、請求項3に記載の製造方法。
- 前記ブランクの端部が完全には一緒に縫合されておらず、縁部(86,88)が自由な状態のままになっていて、縫合部(92)のラインに沿って折り畳まれるようになっており、前記構造部の補強部を形成する、請求項3に記載の製造方法。
- 三角形断面を有する挿入体(47;57;67;77)が、前記チューブと前記シートとの間に配置され、その個所が前記シートの始点である、請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 前記チューブを複合材料から形成するとともに、前記チューブを前記シートの間に挿入した後であって、このようにして構成された組立体に含まれる樹脂を重合化する前に、前記シートを前記チューブに縫合する、請求項1に記載の製造方法。
